Yo me gusta!!.
This place is one of the hidden gems in the neighborhood. It's located next to the movie theater and PJ Horgons which has some great burgers. The food is pretty good and I'm asked to go here at least once a week. My favorites are the carne asada and the enchillada. These are 2 must trys in my opinion. They have a good selection of adult beverages as well as softdrinks. There chips and salsa are top notch and I think homemade as well. Service sometimes gets a little slow but I don't mind at all. Just gives me more time to enjoy the chips and salsa. The only knock on the place is that it only seats 12 tables and max 24 max patrons. The restaurant is located in a 6-7 foot store front so if you're not looking when you walk by, you can easily miss it. Just in case look for the cheapie movie theater next door.
Oh by the way the prices are great! look to eat for under $30 for 2.
addicting.
I'm officially hooked on the chicken chimichangas. Def enough for 2 meals, comes w/ rice, beans, and a little bit of mixed greens.
Their taquitos are pretty good too.
I didn't care for the tortilla soup tho.
Great place!. I always go to Chips when I'm starving for a great and satisfying meal. Their carne asada and tampiquena is so tender and full of flavor. I usually don't finish the food off my plate when I go out to eat but every time I go to Chips, I always eat everything on my plate. You can tell that the chef actually took the time to make each item on the plate taste great and the presentation is excellent. This place is pretty small, but the service is very friendly.
I like this place. I live in Sunnyside and my boyfriend and I go here about every month-every other month when we are in the mood for Mexican. Their cuisine seems to be fused with Italian a bit, and the frozen drinks are excellent. The waitress is very sweet and attentive.
great fun. i really love this place. it's always great food, and they make a wonderful sangria. i've particularly liked the quesedillas, the mole, and the enchiladas.
