Daisy is our first puppy. She has only been with us a week and it was apparent she needed her first grooming. We had called a couple of other recommended groomer's but were turned off by the cold phone skills. However, upon calling Posh Pets, we knew our search was over. Natalie's super friendly greeting and great customer service skills alleviated the frustration. In person, it is very apparent Natalie is a pet person. Daisy loved her and I felt immediately at ease. A couple of hours later I returned to pick her up. Daisy was adorable before, but after the groomer Lenny worked his magic, she became the cutest puppy around. I am surprised there aren't about a hundred 5 star reviews! Daisy is surely looking forward to her next appointment. Thank You So Much. -=Dr. Bazan=-
Pros: Pet Friendly Staff. Expert Groomer.
Cons: Your pet may not want to leave!

I'm new to the area, and brought my dogs to Posh Pets for their first appointment on my day off. One of my dogs has an undercoat that needs brushing out every month, this month being no different. But the groomer at Posh Pets was clearly too busy and/or lazy to deal with it, so he took one look and said that she was "too matted" and would have to be shaved. Um, no. I'm not shaving my Chow. And I'm not leaving my dogs here either. Don't go to Posh Pets if you need any actual grooming for your dog. I'm sure they'd be happy to shave him though.
Pros: Happy to make appointments for grooming
Cons: Won't do the actual grooming once you get there
