B&H GREAT COMPANY TO DO YOUR SERVICE. SERVICE MEN AT B&H WORK ON MY APPLIANCES FOR YEARS I HAVE BEEN USING B&H I CAN TELL YOU THEY ARE POLITE AND HONEST.AND I WILL ALWAYS USE THEM.I DONT BELIEVE .THESE COMMENT.YOU TELL HOW CAN ONE USE KNIFE TO REPAIR REFRIGERATOR.I RECOMMEND B&H TO ANY HONEST PERSON

B&H APPLIANCE IS HORRIBLE! GOODBYE LG. I am writing to complain about a TERRIBLE service experience I had with "B&H Appliance" from Queens Village, NY to do a repair on my refrigerator. The service was POOR, the repairmen were incompetent and borderline threatening. One of the repairmen grabbed a $50 STEAK KNIFE FROM MY KITCHEN and used it to pry apart something from my fridge! I asked him to use his own tools and he was actually defending his decision to just take MY KITCHEN UTENSIL THAT I USE TO EAT FOOD and use it to complete his job. The rest of the experience was filled with attitude, noise, under-the-breath comments and ultimately, a mess in my kitchen that was left for me to clean up. This all occurred while my 17-month old son was in the house, I felt almost threatened in this adversarial situation and I was counting the seconds until these ridiculous repairmen left my home. They were unprofessional, rude and incompetent. I WILL NO LONGER BE AN LG CUSTOMER.
