view & uploadPhenomenal. If the BBQ Shrimp serve as any indication of the rest of the menu, then it must be damned good! The shrimp were phenomenal! Wild, head on, decent sized, slathered in Cajun style BBQ sauce; if you love shrimp you must try them! If weather permits, I'll definitely return. I went on Thursday at 3 so there weren't a ton of people, I'd reccomend going early because I heard it gets pretty packed.
Most enjoyable experience. Maka was awesome. One of the most enjoyable experiences.
I felt at the beach. I finally made it to this place, after all my bellyaching and raving I've heard! The ambiance is what seals the deal! You sit outside, in the breeze and sun, enjoying food, friends, and happy hour. I felt at the beach, despite the lack of sand.
All in all I love this spot and can't wait to go back!. I ordered a shot of Patron, 2 Dos Equis, and some very delicious fish tacos. Even though I wish I had gotten there earlier, luckily the line was gone by the time I did finally arrive. There were a lot of people, but it didn't feel crowded to me, which is good. Our server, Robin, was on point and constantly checking on us to make sure everything was cool. All in all, I love this spot and can't want to go back.
6 out of 5 stars. Michelle was a fantastic server! I would rate my visit as a 6 out of 5 stars
Good times!. This place is so much fun! The live band on Saturday rocked it with covers from Elton John to Ben Folds. Seriously, sitting outside with a gorgeous breeze drinking strawberry margaritas is paradise in DC. We all picked out the yachts we one day hope to own. The crowd was a crazy mix of old boaters in dock shoes and polos and college kids in flip flops and polos with us landing somewhere in the middle. All I can say is good times!
Everything was great! The jamalaya was DELICIOUS!. Everything was great! The jamalaya was DELICIOUS!
You feel like your on a little island somewhere!. This is a really fun place. I live nearby and and bring friends here a lot. They always say, "Wow! This doesn't really feel like D.C. It's more like the Bahamas!" It's true, you feel like you're on a little island somewhere. The fish tacos, hamburger, and drinks are all just fine. And the deck is a terrific place to have fun and be seen! Enjoy!
