Great little place. Place is awesome and friendly. Got thier early and bouncers were rude, but went outside to smoke and bouncer was great. He explained he comes out at 1am. Suggest you go after midnight. Great food and drinks. Well definately go back after midnight.

Fun spot!. I run a trivia night here monthly and the owner and management have been so easy to work with. I've only been on week nights so I can't speak for the weekend crowd, but everyone always seems to have a good time. The drinks are reasonably priced and the food is too. I like the upstairs set up because it allows for some privacy and feels a little more cozy but still fits a lot of people.

I recommend this place for events/parties/whatever just because of how accommodating they are.

Great Little Spot!. I just had an event at People's Lounge and everything was perfect, the food, the cocktails and the service. This is a great little spot for dinner with friends, cocktails and definitely private events.

The owner is a class act !!!!

Cozy small place. We celebrated a friend's birthday here recently. Dinner was a set menu of asian-influenced items which came out to about $30 per person. There was a lot of food and it was served family-style. We'd reserved the "lounge" area by the front windows in advance so after dinner, we congregated there. It's a good thing we did have our own space as the entire place got packed pretty quickly after about 11pm. It was nice to have our own uncrowded place as the entire place is quite small. It started to get hopping after midnight and there was hardly enough room to squeeze through to reach the restrooms at the back. There's a bouncer that started to ID everyone coming in after 10.30pm. The music ranged from current hip hop and R&B to 80s/90s mixes. The night we went was the coldest night in January and the heat was not working. However, after a few drinks and with the place sardine-packed, I didn't feel the cold at all.

Found a pleasure from our random pick. 12/05/08 - Walked in after 9pm without reservation. The interior design is simple, yet elegant. There were small crowded of young professional look hung by the bar. The dinner area layout is spacious. A very friendly host led us to a corner table. The menu offers variety entrees with very reasonable price. We ordered Salt & Pepper shrimp, Calamari, Chicken Satay and short ribs as entree. The shrimp was nice and tender, the calamari was perfect cooked, not chewing, the chicken satay was grilled perfectly and it came with a small bowl of salad...very healthy...but it doesn't come with dipping sauce?! But the entree was a little disappointment. The rib was overcooked. The servers provided an excellent service. I will go back again soon.

The perfect 30th surprise party!. These guys are great. Great food.. Great drinks. They helped me plan a surprise 30th birthday party for my wife.. all at a reasonable price. the space upstairs was perfect. We didn't run into any problems. They were helpful in setting up a slideshow and allowing us to put posters up. Very accommodating.. Thank you guys!

Easy Eats B4 you party the night away!. Been here several times of the past few years. And recently they opened a full kitchen! YUM YUM YUM!

My Friends and I had a birthday dinner here before we stayed to party the night away. I had the crispy calamari with curry mayo, and the crispy fish with a spicy sauce and a lychee cheescake for dessert. A couple of drinks each and it was great. The best part the prices didnt empty our wallets afterward!

The manager bought us a round of shots, gave some bottled water to my tipsy girlfriends, and at the end of the night, we couldnt believe we ended up staying here for about 5 hours! One stop shop!

The Best music! Very cozy place, hold on to your drinks. of the staff will take them when you turn away for a second!. I had my 25th bday here along with my friend. We got a nice spot reserved on top floor. The manager was awesome. Drinks were great (lychee martini was the best) and prices were good (under 10 bucks a drink). seating reservation was free. DJ was AMAZING!!! he played everything from 80's (only in the beginnign) to House, R&B, and hip hop. The place got pretty crowded on this saturday night and the dance floor was pumpin - few people sat in their seats all night. But beware...I had 2 full drinks on the table and the busboy picked them up. I complained to the manager and he got me 2 new free ones and told me to watch my drinks...this is a common problem at a lot of places that i go to... come on ppl!! Don't take my drink while im dancing!! i then go to the bar and try and drink of my drinks when my friend yells "that bartender just took your shot!" I couldnt believe it happened again! I tried to get his attention but he kept ignoring me and snapping at me "WAIT YOUR TURN!" without even looking at me. I finally yelled to the other bartender and name dropped the manager and they got me a new shot and this time i held on tight. I don't see what they gain by stealing people's drinks...i wasn't going to buy a new one that's for sure! Fire that rude bartender!

Overall everyone had a great time! Food is good too!

Great crowd, Awesome Halloween party. Went here with a pretty large group for their Halloween costume party. Although packed, the crowd was an awesome mix of all ages. A great time was had by all.

Fun place. I organized my friend's b'day over Xmas and am very happy to report that everything went off w/o a hitch & everyone had a GREAT time! We lucked out b/c the place wasn't that packed (I've been there when you couldn't walk thru the front door area - much less get room at the bar) so that probably helped. But overall, we had a great time & would totally recommend it. The drinks were reasonably priced (all considering), the staff was really nice & helpful (we brought our own cake & they very nicely gave us plates, etc. to distribute) and the music was pretty good [Now if these places could just get the bouncers to smile once in awhile! *smile*]
