Fuggetaboutit. Because I like the owner and his family, and the location is convenient, I have given them chance after chance, but this was the last time.

He doesn't listen, decides what color my hair should be without discussing it with me, and is very nonplussed when it turns out wrong. I walked in my house and the guy who is our handyman looked at me and asked what the hell happened to my hair. Never again.

This is the second time this happened there. The other times, my color was just ok. I realized that even though they have my formula, they don't always have the right product, so they switch without telling.

Ritchie is a "find"!. Ritchie is definitely a "find"! I told him the look I wanted.........he got it right away and executed it brilliantly! I was in the salon for a while so I saw quite a few people come and go. Each looked as if she came out one of the finest Madison Ave. salons. Probably the best color, cut and stylist person that I've seen. He and his whole salon (lot of his family) are very warm and friendly. Great place!

Incredible!!!!. I have been coming to this salon since the day it opened. The staff is remarkable!!! I love to walk in and be greeted like i just walked into my best friends house. Richie is a master at his craft and I always feel like a supermodel when I walk out of this place.. They also have the latest hair products which is always a plus! Thanks guys you truely are the best!
