They were a great car service at one point( 2 years ago and most of last year). I will not use them anymore because they tend to charge you for tolls when they do not even use a toll road. Sometimes I get a17.00 charged to me and sometimes I do not but mostly these days I do. I have made the trip from EMR to Jersey City often enough to know when they take me on the turnpike and when they do not.

Worst car service Booked a car ,. Worst car service

Booked a car , driver never showed up had to take a cab almost missed my flight, called Dial for a refund because I pre paid for the ride was told my credit card would be refunded, it was but they kept a 10 dollar service fee, when I called to inquire about it after being transfered to various operators I was disconected.

Will Never call Dial again better off walking!

Dial 7 Supervisor trying to fire employee cuz pregnant!!. Dial 7 should be ashamed of themselves for having a supervisor say she is trying to get rid of an employee before her probation period is up because she is pregnant. Now, I understand that's how the company may feel towards having a new employee who is pregnant but the supervisor should have enough experience to not mention it in the presence of other employees...

I think the supervisors needs to be trained on how to talk to employees because even the male supervisors speaks to the female employees as if they don't deserve respect which in my opinion can cause these workers to be frustrated and display poor working attitude. Some company's try to make sure there employees needs are meet so there won't be no excuse for poor work performance.

Dial 7, needs to be very careful now a days cuz firing or saying u want to fire somebody because they are pregnant is AGAINST THE LAW AND THAT'S DISCRIMINATION!!

DO NOT USE - SCAM ARTISTS. ****DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE*** They are scam artists!! I booked a limo to celebrate my husbands MBA graduation. When our ride was over the driver handed me a receipt with 1 total on it...when I asked if the 20% gratuity was included he said it would be applied in the end, for which I said, I'd like to pay the tip in cash and he of course agreed. I handed him $80 cash for the tip and took the receipt. We were with a group of friends having a good time and did not think I needed to actually take the time to drill him on the hourly break down etc...soon after I realized that he DID in fact charge me the 20% gratuity on TOP of the base fair but did not make this clear on the receipt, so I double tipped him. When I called to complain they gave me the run around...and now they are saying since I signed the slip it's my word against his on the cash tip. A reputable business would immediately credit me on the double tip and apologize for such poor service from their employee.

unreliable and limited area. I travel 7-8 months out of the year and so i use a lot of car services. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They will screw you over one out of three times you try to use them. I've been screwed when I ordered way ahead or right away. The customer service staff is completely unhelpful. They consistently try to pick you up at the wrong terminals if you're flying into NYC and will not notify you if you've arranged a pick up in NYC for a specific time and they can't make it. Avoid them. Plenty of good, more reasonable and consistent car service in NYC. Oh yeah, if you live in Uptown they won't pick you up anyway anymore.

Terrible service. I made reservation for a car and got a confirmation back with a number to call when I got to the airport. When I called them I was told that there were no cars available and they hung up on me. I called back was told that it was too bad and nothing can be done.

best car service nyc. Last week I was heading to Miami, FL for my honeymoon. I found Dial 7 online and was very happy with the service. I would tell my friends to use dial 7 for all of their car service needs.

DO NOT USE!. Too bad there is not a more negative rating.

I've been in the travel business 20+ years and am continually astonished by this 4th rate outfit.

They fail to pick up passengers. Just don't bother to pick them up and leave them stranded. The telephone agents bring a whole new meaning to the word rude. The drivers don't even bother to get out of the car or open a door or greet the passenger. Have put in several "customer service" requests that have never been responded to. They draw you in with the price but the lousy service in every respect is not worth it.

Professional Service! Great Pricing!. There is no a better car service in New York than dial7. Period. I have used many cars services in New York because I live in Manhattan and I do not own a car. Dial7 always provide me with a prompt service and the drivers were very polite in most cases. Also, the phone operators were very professional. The pricing to JFK is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Pricing SCAM bad drivers. I'm a long time new yorker and i've tolerated the dial 7 scam long enough. first, i've used them numerous times over the past 15 years. who has time to deal with filing a complaint or finding a new service when you only travel 4 times a year?

well, i've had enough finally.

first, their drivers are all the same. they are dangerous and stupid, making bad lane changes, not knowing the traffic rules such as "no left on delancey from essex".

the real problem though is the pricing scam. they constantly send coupons to me and publish them in local papers. the coupons say one thing yet they NEVER honor the pricing. there are no disclaimers printed on them. when they quoted be $43 for a ride to LGA that is advertised as $33/ w/ a $3 discount, i called them out. they told me that thursday was considered the weekend. when i pointed out that thursday is not a weekend day, they told me it was a holiday. when i pointed out that it wasn't a holiday, they told me that 3:30 PM in the afternoon was rush hour.

this has happened every time i've called. they have a bs excuse for everything. 11AM is rush hour. noon on tuesday is a weekend rush hour.

if you actually get them to honor a published rate and coupon, the driver fights the coupon and refuses to take it (happened twice to me, so i just didn't tip him).

i'm calling the TLC and better biz bureau on them.

boycott this service. they suck.
