twilight zone of a store. Ordered a standing mirror via phone and on the day I was picking it up, I called an hour beofre and was told that it was "packed and ready to go". I got there, waited for about 15 minutes and then finally the store guy tells me he's sorry but the mirror broke a while back and it was thrown away. WHAT THE..??? Nevermind not getting the friggin' mirror. But the fact that I called an hour earlier and I had to go through the rush hour car and people traffic in New York City are what maxed me out. Unbelievable, unacceptable and totally spaced out staff!!! I will never shop in this store again.
