Worst cleaner in Tribeca.
Stay away from this place!!!
I usually don't go writing reviews about places but this time I got so upset by the treatment I had with the guys at West Broadway Cleaners that I had to write about them. I had used these guys in the past and had some minor issues here and there but nothing major that would cause you to question their work. This past week I gave in a bunch of shirts for laundry and one of them came back with a hole in the collar, something actually had punctured a hole. When I took the shirt back, they actually tried blaming my buildings doorman, saying this is something that he must have done and didn't take any responsibility. And the worst part was the attitude, the staff was extremely rude and acted like they couldn't care about the situation at all.

They are terrible. They tried to charge me $18 to hem a pair of pants. The fact that they try to charge 3 times what they should would be easier to deal with if the owner weren't such a jackass. He refuses to speak straight forwardly. Everything is sarcastic and offensive. I don't go to the dry cleaners for comedy, I go to get my clothes cleaned. And they can't even do that.

WORST DRY CLEANERS IN TRIBECA.
These guys are rude, expensive, and do a terrible job on your clothes. They charge $6 a shirt! $6!

RUINED MY CLOTHES!!!. This place is the WORST!! They are only looking to make more money! They overcharge for everything ( cleaning and alterations). I dealt with the expenses because it's hard to find a moderate priced place in Tribeca to get things dry cleaned. I would drop things off and they would not do the correct alterations I asked. But just recently they ruined my garment! It was only worn once and I dropped it off and there was colored dye all over my dress!! When i called them they admitted that they knew about it! ( they just didn't mention it?!!) Then claimed it was the manufacturers fault! However, I work in retail and we sell the dress in our store and never had one complaint of this happening after selling over 30 pieces! I went in and they were completely rude and refused to do anything about it! Thier only response was "mistakes happen. it's the manufacturer". HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT THE CHANCE OF YOUR CLOTHES BEING RUINED!!!!!!!

Great dry cleaning & repairs. These guys are always fast (no charge for overnight service) and are great with repairs or alterations. I have had two pairs of jeans hemmed, keeping the original hem, and they look great. They'll do simple shirts, skirts and sweaters for $5-8 and a full-length cashmere dress coat for $25.
