I go here at least twice a week, but sometimes I wonder why. I ordered chicken tempura once and it wasn't fried(!). The green tea is always burnt and bitter. I am constantly handed the check before I can order dessert. But most of the time, I like the food. I just try to stick with the sushi, they don't seem to be lacking in that area. And the red bean ice cream (during the few times I've been able to order dessert) is delicious. The atmosphere is nice (besides one of those horrible network "judge with attitude" shows at always seems to be on the almost-broken television when I'm eating lunch there), most of the food is good, and the lunch specials are cost-effective and filling... so what if the waitresses are a little daft?

I've been to Hana Sushi for lunch a few times recently. The lunch options are great and very reasonable. Get there early though because it fills up quickly.

Not worth it, even for a quick meal. The sushi is tasteless, the wasabi tasted off (and when I complained about it, the waiter asked me if it was "too spicy"). When I told another waitress the meal wasn't great when she asked, she just said, "OK, thank you". Don't bother. There's enough good sushi in the City to waste time here.
