Horrible Manager

I went here to look for a dress and they ended up not having my size, so I asked for help in locating the same dress at some other stores in Manhattan. The lady who I asked for help was actually the manager. She went to the back and disappeared for a while and came back out to do something else. After 10 minutes, I asked her about it and she said somebody in the back was checking it. After a few more minutes she had the dress in her hand and told me she had to scan the dress in but didn't want to sign in on the closed registers - so she ended up waiting for another cashier to finish up so she could use the register. I just left after this because obviously all you had to do was scan the dress in - it's not that hard - i've worked in retail before. She had a bad snobby attiude.
