Incredibly nice and helpful. Dropped off a photo to be framed at the behest of a client. The staff was very helpful in selecting a mat, etc. and prices were very reasonable. The client changed their mind a couple of days later, and they agreed to give a refund with extremely good customer service throughout!!

Quality, Quality, and Quality.. One Stop Framing Shop is the absolute best place to go to for framing! The staff is not only professional but also very courteous! And courtesy is a quality that is quite difficult to find in this city. Mr. Shah is very knowledgeable about framing, yet he was still very conscious of my requests and constantly asked questions to really understand what it was precisely that I wanted. He took his time whilst helping me, giving me one of the best quality of customer service I have ever experienced. Working with One Stop Framing Shop has been such an easy, pleasurable, and lastly, satisfying experience. 5 golden stars!

Curious. I was overwhelmed by all the positive reviews when I was looking for a framing shop. 32 5-star reviews? That's tremendous. My experience with these guys was just ok. Then I looked carefully at all their reviews. Almost all the reviewers only have one star. Very suspicious...

Best Framers in the Tristate Area. This is one of the best framing stores I have ever been too.

Here's my story. I recently got a hold of 3 ancient diplomas from my father's youth and wanted to frame them all in the same frame with a double mat board. After searching many framing shops in NYC, NJ, CT and even Boston, MA, I found this framing shop to be the most professional, courteous, and affordable.

From the minute I walked in Shah and Shaam were extremely helpful and made me feel like family. We went through a series of mat boards that would accentuate my father's diplomas and frames that would work off the colors of the diplomas. We spent nearly a hour or so doing this (something rare in the framing store industry). In the end, after all their hard work I was quoted a price of $250. "Make a frame" in Brooklyn quoted me over $500, "Sam’s Art & Framing Inc" in Flushing, Queens quoted me $450, "Metro Art and Frame" in the Bronx quoted me $425, "Affordable Custom Framing" in Trenton, NJ quoted me $600, this list can go on and on but I think you get the idea.

In the end, One Stop Framing Shop quoted me the best price, the quickest turn-around time, and I have made them the only place I will ever go for framing.

After they made the dimensions for my Father's 3 Window double matted diploma frame, I asked them to frame my family portrait. They were willing to do that within 1 day; once again unheard of in the retail custom framing industry.

These guys do everything on site, and the handcrafted work shows in their final product. I am very happy with this store and have recommended it to anyone I know who desires to get a quality frame at a quality price.

Make sure to check these guys first before you go to other framing stores, they will most definitely quote you the lowest price possible and its amazing considering the final product they will produce for you.

Excellent Customer Service. I have to say that dealing with Shah has been an absolute pleasure. I had such a good experience, that I signed up for Citysearch, after years of reading reviews and never once writing one, just so that I could tell NYC that this place is by far the best. After a slight misunderstanding with one of the framers, Mr. Shah made it up to me by redoing the job, saving me a signficant amount of money, and doing it all with a smile on his face. One Stop is professional, skilled, and in my experience, the absolute best in the city.

Quality Framing and Exceptional Customer Service. From the customer interaction to the finished product, I have nothing but compliments for Shah and the One Stop Framing Team. I came in on Thursday evening and picked up my custom frame on Saturday afternoon. I don't believe Shah would usually promise to finish a request in such a short time, but once I explained that it was a Valentine's gift for my boyfriend, he said he would do his best. Shah worked extra hard to make sure that it was completed when requested. I was blown away by his kindness and enthusiasm.

It was immediately very clear that Shah and his team care more about their customers than just making money. He didn't have to spend 30 minutes going over framing ideas with me even though it was after closing time nor did he have to complete a difficult project in such a brief time. However, Shah did both.

It goes without saying, I will go to Shah for my future framing needs.

Uniquely wonderful framing shop. One Stop might not look different from any of the other framing shops in the city, but it is. Shah, the person who runs it, is a special individual. He really, genuinely wants you to be happy with your frame, and he's always got good suggestions about what colors and frames to choose.

Suffice it to say, I'm a devoted fan. It's the only place I would recommend using. Worth the subway trip, even if you live in an outer borough!
