Am I ever glad that I discovered J. Sisters last year! While I would love to keep them a secret, I think it's more important to let other New Yorkers discover them. It is the best ever place for manicures and pedicures. So much so, that I have been giving gift certificates to all the women in my life for birthday gifts, and this year I'm going to use them as Christmas/Chanukah presents too. It's a well run salon and that's due to Jonice (the owner). If you call, Maggie the receptionist makes you feel welcome even before you go there. While the salon has many manicurists, who I am sure are all equally fantastic, I personally have been going to Paula. It's a relaxing little get-a-way and I highly recommend their services!

I love the J Sisters!! They have an amazing reputation and I can see why. They give the most amazing mani's and pedi's I've ever had! They are all friendly and very gentle. I would not go anywhere else after experiencing this salon!!!!

I have been going to the J Sisters for the past 19 years for manicures, pedicures, waxing and threading. The services provided there are extraordinary. It is not like any other salon I have ever attended (and they have been numerous)! The quality of the services, the attention to detail and the friendly staff make it one of the most enjoyable weekly visits I make. I have recommended them to many friends and relatives and I would continue to do so. If they were ever to close, I don't know where I would go! It's simply the best place for personal services ever!

It is really difficult task for choosing flower for wedding like dress because flower makes attractive decoration of your wedding ceremony. So according this way you can take decision where which flower we should have to use for making attractive. So after hiring a wedding planner you will be sure wedding or reception ceremony will be memorable for whole life within your budget because they have better contact to vendors.

Overpriced and bad service. The most unhygenic manicures, pedicures and wax. What does it mean "sanitize all tools"???? If most do not speak English, how would they know!!! While you try to relax and enjoy a good service, you have to listen to the workers chatting non stop in Portuguese. You get no hand or foot massage. Consider your-self lucky if they smear a little cream on. Stay Away!!!

Fernanda - Awesome Esthetician. I have been going to Fernanda for several years and she always is very welcoming, cheerful and professional. No matter what the service she provides, eyelash extensions, facial, body bleach etc she makes it incredibly pleasant that time spent with her is like a mini escape that we could all use from our hectic city lives. Give her a try and I'm sure you will agree!

Emily Best Waxer. This is by far the best Brazilian bikini wax I've ever gotten....and get this, it's done exclusively by Brazilians! I've never felt more authentic.

I had Emily, who is the daughter of Janea one of Sisters. She was incredibly thorough and didn't leave one single hair behind. She was extremely quick in her movements and I had about as a painless an experience as can possibly be with a Brazilian waxer, She made me feel comfortable. Definitely ask for Emilly she is the best there.

I will not go anywhere else from now on. This place is a god-send!

**<<Great place for a Brazilian Wax>>**. I just moved to NY from Florida a month ago. Prior to moving, I had the same esthetician for 5 years!!! I was really nervous about going to someone new for my Brazilian wax. I have to say that I am more than thrilled with the end result (so is my bf...LoL!) The receptionist was really nice and welcoming. JP is the name of the esthetician who did my wax, she is awesome! Very thorough, made sure that every last hair was removed:-)and very professional. I will continue seeing her!! She made me feel very comfortable. *<<EXTRA>>* they have student discount!! Check out the website, very reliable service.

Loved the service by Emilly and the new DEAL !!!. I've been to a lot of salons in the past, but none of them offered me to use my college ID to save money. Emilly is one of the waxer there and she told me to just show my college Id at the front desk and I only paid $50 for my bikini wax. The J Sisters really understands the economy and it is making it better for college students !!! Emilly did a great job, fast and clean !!!
