They are honest.
I have something very positive to say about HI TECH.
I brought in the power supply from my Samsung flat screen TV hoping that by replacing any faulty capacitors it would finally work again. This was one cure written about on the web by other Samsung owners whose tv would not turn on or off.
The owner quoted me $50 to replace any faulty capacitors. His technician check the capacitors and found that they were all working fine. He could have easily replaced a working capacitor and charge me $50 without my knowledge. The owner waved any fee which I found very honorable..
