Everything here is so convenient!

There are many things to like about this place. It's bright and clean and quiet and very pleasant. The other thing I like is that sometimes I can't schedule in advance so, you can see different people who are available. Everyone seems well trained. I have seen a few different Electrolosists and they have all been skilled and professional. The support staff is always pleasent as well. I feel very at home here and It's so relaxing that I have even fallen asleep during my treatment. I've been going for about 4 months and am seeing amazing results already. I had tried laser first and ended up with much more hair than I started with. It cost me a small fortune. When I complained they told me they would give me some free sessions. Why would I want that when I doesn't even work and even makes the hair grow more. I found this place on Citysearch and just wanted everyone who reads this to know this is a great place!

Went there once but will not be going back. Dawn was nice and did make me feel comfortable but was so slow. She did not get to all the hair on my lip and left a few very obvious hairs. Also I noticed that the hairs did not fall out after being treated but went from black to blonde. The cost is much higher than what I have paid at other places. I have been to four other electrolysis centers over the years so I have something to compare this place to. I think that the other reviewer might have a point about fake reviews. I feel like I went to a different place than what was described in some of these glowing reviews.

Pros: Nice clean & comfortable

Cons: Just not good electrolysis

I would like to point out that what you said did not make any sense. Hairs do not fall out after having Electrolysis. Electrolysis is a process. The hairs do come back finer each time until they are gone forever. So, what you experienced which was the hairs going from black to blond is what is supposed to happen. Perhaps you're getting what we do mixed up with some other kind of hair removal. We pride ourselves in the excellent work that we do. Speed of hair removal during Electrolysis is not always the best goal. Accuracy it much more important. Everyone who works here is a top notch professional. All of our fabulous reviews are 100% real. We have no need to make them up. We are the best! We get referrals from many top Medical people. They would not be sending patients to us if we weren't excellent at what we do. We try make each person who comes here feel happy and satisfied. But we realize that that is not always possible. -Ronni
