Stay in Manhattan - Not worth the trip. For the local West Indian crowd, this place may be happening but its not worth the trip. The drinks are horrible. the pina coladas failed miserable. The mai tai needed more sweetness. The serice is ok and the food taste like its from Beth Israel Hospital if you dont add any condiment (pepper). On two occassion there were fights due to dancing. If your wanna risk your life...enter karma. No parking anywhere. The place is in a residential area. This speaks for itself.

Queens best kept secret. This is Queens best kept secret.

Enter in through the velvet curtains and into there layed back bar. Relax on there compfy sofas and lounge chairs, get a drink and absorb as much red as yours eyes can take. The owners kept in tune with the Manhattan lounges with but with a real indian twist. When your ready, head through the beaded curtains to an energetic dancefloor and live DJ. If your not familiar with Indo-caribean music, get ready... techno will sound like a bed time lullabye.

Drinks are fairly priced and good. The bar packs a great easygoing, non-pretentious crowd. Although I havent attended them, the bar has comedy night on Sundays and a reality dating show periodically. Check the websites calender. I've been to bar about 4 times and parking is never an issue.
