The burgers are picture perfect and taste like it!!!.
Ever see a picure of a burger in a magazine and your mouth starts to water as you think... mmmm that looks so good? Most of the time what you get doesnt look anything like whats in the picture --- not with this place!!
Their burgers look exactly like the pictures -- theyre delicious looking AND they taste awesome.
One of the best burger joints in NY hands down.

Gone Down Hill.
Tonight was a Weds night and the place had very few people. I live in the neighborhood and really like the owner and his family which I see all the time in the neighborhood.
Of course most of the time when something is great one doesn't tend to praise it and maybe I should have back when the place was at it's peak in service.
That said tonight they hit an all time low. No patrons. I just wanted a milk shake and some of those delish fries.
When I got home and looked in the container it was ridiculous. As if the guy putting the fries in the box couldn't be bothered to care.
Now I could have gone back and looked like a greedy ass asking why and for more but instead I think I am gonna share with you all this lack of care and service to bother to fill a container with fries that cost basically 4.00 by the way.
I wonder how many more patrons who really like their fries and burgers they have run off with this kind of who gives a crap attitude and service. Maybe I'm misguided and people just go there to drink in the back and the food is secondary? Who knows, but sadly they lost my coin and patronage tonight. Will never go again as it's not worth the money or the bother.

YUMMY BURGERS!. I'm shocked to see so many bad reviews of POP Burger... I go all the time and have never been dissappointed! The food is great, and the atmosphere is awesome! They've got tons of topping to choose from for the burgers, and their fries are delicious too. I was super excited to see that you can get $20 worth of food for just $5 on buywithmeNYC right now, too! I'll definitely be scooping that deal up, it's too good not too! I had a great time!. Although after reading some of these horrible ratings, I decided to test the waters and give Pop Burger a chance. All-in-all I had a great time. It was a Saturday night around 8PM a few weeks ago and the back seating area (lounge?) seemed lively and fun so we decided to continue back! Although my friend and I sat ourselves (no hostess?), the waitress was accomodating and friendly. The restaurant looked very clean and I like the "wife beater" uniform look. It's not too underplayed and not too formal. The food came out fast and hot and the french fries are best with their "special pop sauce". The drink menu is larger than the food menu, which for me, is a plus! The bartenders should hold off on some of the juice - I had 2 of the martinis and they were on the weaker side. Keep it up Pop Burger, I will be back!

Does not honor reservations!.
Made a reservation for 35 people for 8:30pm on Saturday night. They said that it would be no problem, and that they would see us then.
I called the day before to confirm, and they said that everything was in order.
We show up to the restaurant at 8:30 on Saturday, and they say that they cannot accommodate us. The manager said that they do not take reservations for over 8 people. I asked why they took our reservation then, and he said that he did not know.
So we couldn't get seated, so 35 people who came from Long Island, Westchester, NJ, and PA had no place to go on a Saturday night because no place would take us without reservations.
I would not recommend this place to anyone!

AVOID!. it seemed like everyone that worked there hated there job. All they care about is sucking as much money out of you as possible. It was embarrassing that I brought my friends along. too bad the place is nice. They need a new staff

The worst service ever!!. this place has to have been the worst place with customer service. Our waistress was gross and nasty her name was Melane . She was rude to my guest as soon as they walked in. They pressure everyone to spend lots of money, especially the manager Jason and davesh . they are about 27 and cannot manage this place. overall avoid this place if your trying to have a birthday celebration , you will be disappointed

Good Fun!!!!.
We came here on a Saturday Night, where the back end of this place has more of a lounge vibe, as opposed to the front (which is just sit yourself and eat). The DJ was spinning some awesome HipHop Music...We had a cesear salad which was yummy. The Traditional Pop Burgers (4 mini burgers) were also great! and my favorite were the Lobster Roll sandwiches...you get 4 mini Briosch rolls filled with a lobster salad...delish!!
The vibe and atmosphere is great...I would love to go back and stay for the bar scene as well!
