DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS STORE. I purchased an item online from Otte and wanted to return it after Christmas. They have a return policy that only allows returns SEVEN days after receipt. This is a totally unreasonable amount of time. I have never heard of any store that has such a short window. I would recommend that NO ONE DO BUSINESS with Otte online.

Nice clothes, but not so great service.
Otte has a nice selection of clothes by US and European designers.
I used to shop there every season, at times buying an entire new wardrobe. I was always helped by the same two saleswomen. Yet each time I went there they treated me as if they had never seen me before. I guess they have no memory for faces, which is a weakness in the retail business.

Look for J Brand and Habitual jeans, lots of skirts and dresses, and alluring tops--think polka-dot baby-doll blouses and crocheted bolero jackets. Finish the look with metallic leather heels or flip-flops and teardrop jewelry from Brooklyn-based Garnish.

cutest boutique.
Found this place while aimlessly roaming the neiborhood; what a sweet surprise !!! This cute little space I was surprised to carry some of my favorite brands (especially Jbrand jeans ;), and yet a very tasteful, unique selection of covetable pieces for any fashionable woman's wardrobe. The prices were reasonable enough for even a young working women's wallet. Definately a place that I plan to check in at least once a month from now on.
The lighting was bright and open, and the space was not intimidating or too annoyingly hipster ;) Although the shop girls could've been a tad friendlier and smiled more, they were nice enough when I asked them to show me some jewlery in the case.
A nice little surprise indeed !!!
