A Treasured Treat in Riverdale. I can never tell enough people about our neighborhood gem. You get much more service for your money at Whole You because you aren't paying extra for the spa-ambiance, which just isn't necessary. There's a more clinical feel like you are there for your overall health rather the fluff of some spas. They are serious about your well being. The other thing I like is it doesn't matter who is available for your appt because you can't go wrong. Everyone is trained incredibly well and I've never been disappointed. It's important to someone with an unpredictable schedule like me who never is able to make appts in advance. I have only done the massages (medicinal, deep tissue) and facials. All are excellent!

BEST OF ALL - TATIANA'S FACIAL. If you wanna drive all your friends crazy because you'll look at least 10 years younger, go to TATIaNA at Whole You Spa and do anti-aging facial !!! You'll feel what Julia Roberts feels when she's going red carpet - your face is glowing, your skin is breathing, your eyes are sparkling and there is no worry thoughts about age and wrinkles. TATIaNA's hands will take care of it all. Any of her facials are simply amazing, but anti-wrinkle one is what one should experience for sure. Plus she gives good advices for how to maintain your skin, and which products can help your type of skin to maintain it the best.

Excellent medical massage. Like a lot of people, I've got a pretty bad back but having gone here several times I see a noticeable improvement in mobility and much less pain on a daily basis.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the massage therapists are very knowledgeable. They will tell you how to stretch at home and what to do to decrease the likelihood of pain in your respective area.

Can't wait to come back!

energizing!. For years, I’ve been hearing great things about the miracle workers in Whole You Spa from my brother-in-law who lives in Calif.

So I went to check it out. I have a herniated disc condition from working on a computer. I was amazed how knowledgeable and tentative the way they treated me, I didn’t just get a great message, I was getting a medical consultation, explanation of how and why my condition is what it is and what to do about it. No wonder why my brother-in-law would make his first stop here religiously whenever he could on his business trips to NY.

I’ll definitely go back there.

Love Massage. I got a gift certificate for xmas to get a hot stone massage. I just had the massage a week ago. I was a little nervous cuz I don't usually like heat and a friend of mine said she got a hot stone massage once at another place and the heat was just too much. The massage I got was really great and the heat turned out to be my favorite part. I booked another appt before I left.

Best of both worlds. I had been wanting to get a massage for quite some time but because of my schedule, it was not convenient. I work full time and go to school. The lecture classes are murder and I have to sit for 4 hours at a time. Needless to say I have alot of discomfort in my back muscles and shoulders. I googled massage in the bronx and found The Whole You Spa. It appeared that they offered both medical and regular spa massages. I booked a relaxation massage cause I just felt that I needed to wind down. The massage was excellent but didnt address my needs. Funny enough, my therapist said that she found several areas of tightness that needed to be addressed and she suggested that I come back in for a deeper and more medical type of massage. Because I enjoyed the massage and because I felt I needed it, I booked another. The next massage I had she put hot packs and then started on my back. It was deep and I could feel her working the spots that really hurt me. Afterward, I felt so much better. She then gave me stretches to do, which I appreciated. I don't go for massage often, but I will definitely go back there again.

I got the best of both worlds. Great relaxation and great medical attention. The only downside to the spa....is that the rooms are not soundproof.

Great place for a medical massage. This is a great place to go to if you are suffering from back pain. After the first massage I felt much better. I have already signed up for a follow-up and my mom signed up as well.

The Whole You Spa. My wife gave me a gift certificate to this spa for my birthday, which was a few weeks ago. I never had a massage before and didn't know what to expect. When I got there I was greeted by a very friendly person at the frond desk, Willa. She gave me an intake form to fill out and within a few minutes after I was done filling out the form I was asked to come in. The massage therapist, Roxanne, first put some heat pads on my back to melt my muscles. Then the massage started. Roxanne knew every muscle and was very informative. She used a gel called Biofreeze to help eliminate inflamation. I picked up a sample pack at the front desk when I was done. When I walked out of the room I immediately felt great. I felt like I got taller. My back didn't hurt anymore. It was pretty amazing. I hope I get a gift certificate to this place for every holiday!

Great massage. I got my first massage at this spa today and I loved it! It was better than the massages I had at other local places. The massage therapist had strong hands and definitely knew what he was doing. I will return for another massage soon.
