A Treasured Treat in Riverdale. I can never tell enough people about our neighborhood gem. You get much more service for your money at Whole You because you aren't paying extra for the spa-ambiance, which just isn't necessary. There's a more clinical feel like you are there for your overall health rather the fluff of some spas. They are serious about your well being. The other thing I like is it doesn't matter who is available for your appt because you can't go wrong. Everyone is trained incredibly well and I've never been disappointed. Excellent medical massage. Like a lot of people, I've got a pretty bad back but having gone here several times I see a noticeable improvement in mobility and much less pain on a daily basis. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the massage therapists are very knowledgeable. They will tell you how to stretch at home and what to do to decrease the likelihood of pain in your respective area.
