The sales gal we worked with was super nice and attentive. There was this one dress that they didn't have my size in stock, but she went out of her way to order it and get it to me days later for a fitting. I will never forget that experience and the customer service I received.

The staff was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Within 10 minutes my dream gown was handed to me! All of this great service and the dress was even UNDER BUDGET! Definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

The ladies are very nice to me and my family! The dress is so beautiful I love it! I am so very happy to go to the Bridalshop to purchase my lovely dress the ladies there are very good. My wedding is much more beautiful with help from the Bridal shop!

Great little shop. I have been here twice for dresses on 2 weddings, one was mine. They have been very accommodating and do what they can to help you with special requests and such. It was always easy to get just what I wanted or needed in a great time frame!

great customer service. I was looking at their site and a few other for weeks before making a final decision. When I called into the shop like it recommends for sizing info and other specifics. They were very helpful and I was helped with everything and ready to order. The dress arrived quickly and perfectly. It even fits well!

Very Helpful!. I am so happy with the dress I ordered! I originally wanted something with an open. stylish back, but all of those style of dresses did not look good on me in the front, so the salesperson pulled dresses that looked fabulous on my body type. I really appreciated the fact that she allowed me to try on what I wanted to, but then suggested other dresses to see what I thought. I ended up ordering a dress I would have never thought I would have purchased, but it looks great on me. Thanks for all of your help!
