Superior Service

At one point I beleived all cleaners were pretty much the same, until I started noticing my outfits coming back from the cleaners looking dingy and old. That is when I decided to give Iris a try. Whatever it is they do, it works. Its obvoius they take good care of my expensive clothes, unlike most other cleaners in nyc. Great Service!

Wine Stains No Problem

While attending my brothers wedding I accidentally spilled wine on my dress. I was referred to Iris by a close friend of mine and I called to request a pickup. The dress was a mess when they picked it up and even though they took a week to finish the job, they were able to remove all stains.

Recently moved to Upper West Side and I made the mistake of taking my drycleaning to local drycleaner. As a result of my bad experience I went online and found Iris. I have been a loyal customer ever since. They offer convenient pickups throughout the day or evening and I trust them with my everyday clothes as well other special pieces.
