I have been to many salons and have had my hair highlighted many times, but Sharon truly did an excellent job. My color looks really natural. Sharon took her time and took excellent care of my hair. It smells great afterward too...unlike that odd smell you sometimes get after you highlight your hair. The price was no more than I have paid anywhere else! I would definitely recommend at least Sharon at this salon.

I went to get a haircut here Friday and as much as I liked the haircut I received I was made to feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable by a very rude and unprofessional instructor. She berated the student right at the station and made me feel terrible for the poor girl. I'll give it another shot but the staff at Carsten school needs to learn what good manners and professionalism means.
Pros: Cute haircut. Students are helpful and eager
Cons: Instructors are obcsenely RUDE
