I would rather get a root canal than go here again. This place is pathetic! I went on a Wednesday night with a few friends and the place was completely empty. They were more than willing to serve us over $200 worth of drinks when all of a sudden there were more than 15 people in front of the bar at which point the "manager" (or his 2nd or 3rd cousin I'm guessing) decided we weren't worth servicing any longer and proceded to kick us out of the bar with security in tow. I don't EVER plan on going back and would not recommend this place to anyone

YAY. I have no idea what people are sayin about this place. The music is hot and the people who be goin are sizzlin. I cant say about the food cause i never ate there but the drinks are good and the party is nonstop! The DJ CAN SPIN and thats all you be needing in there

awful. After reading the other posts I have to agree with the one that say it is horrible! The wait staff are a bunch of mean anorexic girls that could use some meds and the food is not worth the money. I brought a group of clients with me last week and we waited forever for a drink-which by the way was watered down. As for their manager, well he never showed when we asked to speak to him because our service was hideous. The waitress told us he was busy and by the time we were fed up we found out the manager was too busy entertaining some clients of his own-which a co-worker brutally told us.

AVOID AT ALL COST. This place is no good. Food wasn't great neither was the service. Plus the music was way too loud and you cannot hear anyone

Celeb sighting and fun fun fun!. I saw Mario Lopez at ONE! Friday night I was having some after work drinks that turned into dinner at One. We sat outside and mario lopez ended up walking right by us w a group of people and sat down and ate dinner. He seend to be having a great time and so were we. We had an amazing special of sweet corn soup, burgers and steak that came w mac n cheese. Our Isaiah was awesome, he took great care of us and his recomendation were perfect. We ended the night by trying to talk to mario but then just watched him from a far. it was a fun night.

Awful Service for $15 drinks- stay FAR away. If you feel like being treated like a piece of garbage and paying $15 for a drink served by a nasty bartender then this is your place. I went her last night with 18 people and after we finished the last bite of our $2000 dinner, the staff quickly cleared our plates and took our fresh and full drinks and picked up our table and made us move. I have never been treated so poorly in my life! When I asked to speak to a manager I was told 'he was coming' by the extremely RUDE staff. I would not spend a dollar here on a sucky bar that serves Euro trash and 21 year olds in hot pink spande dresses (I did not know spandex dresses were back in style). Stay far away from this horrible place! There are way too many places in New York City where you wont be treated like a piece of garbage, with better food, better drinks and a better atmosphere!

Upscale lounge with great service and food. I have been to ONE for several birthday's and greatly enjoyed my experience each time. Everything from the music that the DJ played to the food that was ordered were spectacular. I definitely recommend the mushroom ravioli as well as the burgers. As the night progressed ONE became more crowded, but the waitstaff remained attentive and very kind. I plan on returning shortly.

WORST Customer Treatment. I went to the women's restroom with my friend and she spritzed herself with the perfume in the bathroom and as we were leaving the restroom the RUDE bathroom attendant yelled at us and said that it cost money to spritz ourselves with the perfume. When we asked her how much it was, she said, "Anything you want to give." When we put money in the basket, she screamed at us that it wasn't enough and screamed, "It's a $2 minimum. Take your money back! Next time make sure you have $2 with you!!!" I didn't come to the restaurant to get yelled at. The city has thousands of restaurants, so I'm happy to take my business somewhere else where I'll be treated with basic respect. NEVER go to this restaurant. It was an AWFUL experience!!!!! It takes a lot to make me come online to write a review, but this experience was so awful that I wanted to warn everybody about the restaurant.

Fun!!. This is a great spot in the Meat Packing District. They let everybody in, good drinks! :-D The music was awesome too!! If u wanna dance and have a few drinks, meet some people come here!

Delicious!. Took my boyfriend there for his birthday. The food and drinks were excellent. The apple cinnamon fondue is to die for. Great decor. The music was good and the seats were extra comfy. Can't wait to go back
