I am new to citysearch but I have used this company and I have to say they are great. The guys who came to my home were poilte and knew exactly how to get rid of a stain that has been pestering me for at least a year. I tried to get the stain out myself with no success. I would use them again.

The worse company I have ever dealt with.

They ruined my heirloom antique oriental rugs. I initially went with this company because the reviews from other sites were positive (city search and angie's list), so I trusted them.

I should have done more research. I had an awful experience. It caused me so much unnecessary stress and spent so much money.

They turned the edges of one of my rugs HOT PINK! I almost died when I saw that.

They didn't refund me or even give me a discount for my damaged rug! They even charged my credit card in full WITHOUT my authorization, once I was complaining about my rugs!!! The owner was extremely rude in the end and didn't do anything about it. Companies like these should be shut down by the city for credit card fraud and ruining people's possessions.

I DO NOT recommend this company to ANYONE!!! Trust me!

Do lots of research before choosing a company. That was my biggest lesson.

I called York Carpet Cleaning to clean all my upholstery and my carpets. Having 3 little children and a dog, my upholstered furniture and my carpets get dirty quickly. I am a clean freak so I call York Carpet Cleaning every four months. They are always courteous and know what they’re doing. They removed all the stains; chocolate milk stains, coffee stains from a guest that came to visit, and Kool-Aid juice. The technicians seem to know the fabrics well, and I felt I was in good hands. Pet stain removal - Highly recommend service by York Carpet. I have used York Carpet several times for my home and for my business, and they have always done a fantastic job for me. York Carpet has been flexible with their work hours and accommodated my busy schedule. I have two big dogs that I take to work with me sometimes. You were also able to remove all of our pet stains and bad odors. I will highly recommend you to anyone that asks who to call for carpet cleaning.

Suffering from different types of allergies, I am constantly on the lookout for any allergens that may cause my discomfort. I understand that one of the causes for my allergies is dirty and dusty carpets. Even though I vacuum every day, it’s still not enough. I have tried several carpet cleaning companies, some I liked, some I didn’t. However, the one company that exceeded my expectations was York Carpet Cleaning. The cleaning technicians were on time, they were very efficient, and best of all, they were very thorough and they payed attention to details, which to me was very important.

These guy were the best choice.. When my uncle moved away to California, he had to get rid a lot of his furniture and area rugs. I was fortunate enough to get one of his Oriental area rugs as a gift. This area rug needed immediate attention as my uncle has 3 German Shepherds. I made an appointment with York Carpet Cleaning. They came to pick up the area rug and said they will return it in a few days. I was glad to know that they pick up and drop off area rugs for free. The rug smelled really bad so I was skeptical on how the area rug cleaning will come out. I didn’t expect much. However, when they dropped off the area rug, they unrolled it for me to inspect. Boy, I can’t tell you how shocked I was when I saw the rug. It turned out great. Almost like new and even smelled fresh. I was very impressed. Thank you for a job well done! I will definitely use you again.
