BEST EXPERIENCE!

i recently brought my 9 year old bulldog to troys stay & play for a 2 night board. when i picked her up she was happy and healthy and she looks 5 yrs younger! she was looked after with great care and they were really intuned with her special needs as an older dog. troys was a wonderful place and their staf was very nice and informative i will definatly be reccomending them to all my friends!

SAD Experience

Very disappointed in the service we received from Troy's.

We've been customers of both Troy's Stay & Play and Troy's Trim & Treats for the past year. Unfortunately, we won't be customers anymore...

We recently took our dog(HEALTHY) there for boarding and when we picked him up, one of his eyes was closed and they both were infected. We immediately called the owner Nick and he said, he wasn't aware of what happened and that he'd call his assistant and call us right back. This was a Friday evening. After repeated calls over the weekend from both myself and my husband, he finally called us on Tuesday, only to say he was waiting to hear what the Vet said. Our dog had a 'Corneal Ulcer' in which we had to take him every other day back and forth to the vet to make sure he didn't need surgery. Thankfully his eyes have healed.

To DATE, Nick has never given us an explanation! I am so disappointed, as they seemed to be a caring and honorable business. We will NOT be back to either businesses.

Clean and Safe... they really care about the animals

I've been bringing my shepherd mix here for the last two years and I have always been impressed with the cleanliness and service. The owner, Nick, is a real dog lover and he goes out of his way to make sure an owner is at ease while on vacation. I had a family emergency once and had to travel on short notice and Nick even met me at the car ten minutes before he opened to make sure I wasn't late for my flight. Honestly, you won't find a place that cares more about you and your pet.
