AMAZING place- especially Jill, but entire staff as well. I am so grateful for my experience at the Yinova Center. I worked mostly with Jill, but saw many other practitioners (Amanda, Laura, Laurel, Dara) during my treatments there while I did IVF to get pregnant. A word on Jill- not only is Jill a skilled acupuncturist, but also she is incredibly knowledgeable about fertility and IVF. For someone like me who really wanted to understand the Western, as well as Eastern, aspects of fertility treatments, she is a perfect combination as she is extremely well-versed in IVF medicine. She also has a very balanced respectful approach to Western medicine. Jill really doubles as both an acupuncturist and a friend/psychologist/counselor/cheerleader. Her emotional support and encouragement was as valuable to me as the acupuncture itself. The entire staff at the Yinova Center is patient, centered, supportive, and skilled. The atmosphere of their office space is relaxing, stylish, impeccably clean, and a true retreat. The Yinova Center was incredibly helpful and flexible in scheduling my treatments around my IVF cycle calendar, including making accomodations for me over holiday weekends, etc. to make sure my treatments were perfectly timed. The acupuncture treatments I received complimented my IVF medicine and helped my body prepare for pregnancy, and they also improved my physical and emotional well-being throughout the process. Also, in the course of my time there, Jill talked to me about and treated me for other ailments (stomach, muscular etc). Whether it's fertility or other health/well-being issues, the Yinova Center really works and is a wonderful option.…
Amanda is a Miracle worker. Amanda Silver works miracles !!! I am so grateful that I found Yinova and her, and as a result I am holding my little boy in my arms, who was just born on Christmas Day. I have a similar story to many of the reviewers. We tried for a long time to get pregnant on our own, before undergoing a series of fertility treatments including IVF - all of which were unsuccessful. I had been diagnosed with Pcos and even though it seemed to be mild Western fertility treatment just didn't seem to work. We decided to stop fertility treatment and when I first came to Yinova I was very down and lacking in hope that I would ever be pregnant. That all changed when I met Amanda - suddenly I began to feel like her treatment would succeed where everything else had failed. Sure enough, 6 mths later I was pregnant !!!! I had such a happy healthy pregnancy and now I have a beautiful baby boy. I cannot thank Amanda enough for everything. For anyone who is undergoing the misery of Western fertility treatment my advice is to take a break and try Yinova instead.…
Expert Treatment and Outstanding Care. Amanda Silver treated me for fertility issues for over a year, and now as a new mother I am eternally grateful to her. She provided expert treatment but also was very caring and compassionate, helping me through a difficult time. I found all of my sessions with her to be fulfilling physically and emotionally. I often felt that she paid much more attention to my questions and concerns than any of my traditional doctors ever did. I also had several sessions with Mary and found her to be just as wonderful as Amanda. The entire staff at Yinova is so warm and friendly and the atmosphere relaxing and peaceful. Pain relief and more. Noah at the Yinova Center provided immediately relief from the pain of a slipped disc--something I desperately needed--but my acupuncture treatments have yielded tremendous benefits beyond that as well. I realized that my weight was a contributing factor to my back problems. and I knew what it took to lose weight: eat less and exercise more. Of course, that simple solution was easier said then done. What I've found is that the weekly acupuncture sessions have helped me follow through on those changes necessary for better health and have lost 40 pounds in less than 5 months. I'm not sure how much results from the physical effects of acupuncture and how much from Noah's compassionate and incisive attention, but I'm convinced I wouldn't have made such progress without the treatment.…
Superior Acupuncture Treatment. Mary at the Yinova Center is a highly skilled and truly gifted acupuncturist. I started to see her for fertility but she has also treated me for eczema, which I have struggled with for years. I've seen more improvement with my eczema from her treatments than from any other practitioner I have seen. I've also felt noticeably better emotionally which is great since fertility can be a stressful journey. Mary takes a considerable amount of time with me at the beginning of each session to answer any questions and talk about my overall physical and emotional health. She is incredibly knowledgeable about diet, supplements, herbs and overall health and healing. I feel lucky to have found her. The Yinova Center is a wonderful warm and positive environment. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't say enough positive things about my experience there.…
