I ordered from Luis tonight and was disappointed with the service. I ordered the Flounder platter and asked for both the tartar sauce and the BBQ sauce. The order came without the BBQ sauce which was a shame because the tartar sauce was not good. I called to ask them to send the BBQ sauce. I had to call twice. It arrived 30 minutes after I called the first time for it when the fish was stone cold. The guy I talked couldn't care less, so I couldn't care less to order from them again.

Definitely the best bbq Manhattan has to offer!!! From the delicious soups, to the fried catfish and okra (so delicious), to the ribs that melt off the bone - this place is definitely one to try, and then return to! Seeing as it only has room to seat 10 people, make sure to make reservations, or order for take-out. Can't wait to return!

What a great place!It's the best bbq place in the city.Yum Yum.The ribs were well seasoned and very tender.The service was great and the owner had a lot of sense of humor.Thank you all for a wonderful evening!
