Fast & Friendly. We needed 17 t-shirts each with an individual name and number on the back in less then one week, but timing was not a problem at all. Two of the shirts came back incorrectly at first and Harvey couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating, picking them up and dropping them off in one day to make sure we had them in time. The shirts were a HUGE success, my family loved them and they made for some great pictures!! I'd definitely use them again no question.

Screenprinting Heaven. T Shirt Express has been the answer to my prayers. I have designed and had tees screen printed for over 8 years now, but was truly not satisfied with the quality of the work or the turn-around on my unique orders.

Harvey Paulvin and his staff have been masterful at completing the task and doing so without sacrificing customer service or quality of work. They've been more than accomodating in fulfilling my requests and the end product always gets rave reviews from my customers.

Even this morning, when I brought in a letterman jacket to have embroidered that I needed for today, Harvey and his team made it happen with no problem whatsover. That's what I call service.

I salute T Shirt Express for the marvelous job they're doing and will continue to do. For all of your screenprinitng, embroidery, and balloon needs, there's no other place in the city that compares to the T Shirt Express experience.

I recommend you NOT go here. Two T-shirts ... two disasters.

I picked up two single-printing T-shirts, one screen-printed on a blue T-shirt that I had provided and the second heat-transfer-printed on one of their T-shirts. I had provided the designs as well.

The first issue, which I noticed in the shop, was the placement of the design on the blue T-shirt. The design was simply one line of one-inch-high text, and they printed it literally just below the neck. The guy who seems to run the place (Harvey) told me that the placement was fine and that anyone who worked there would say the same thing. Needless to say, *every* person to whom I have shown it since then and asked for comments has said "The text should be about 2 inches lower" without me even mentioning it.

I might have given Harvey the benefit of bad taste on the first T-shirt if it hadn't been for the second T-shirt. The design was printed on the shirt as one big patch, and you can see the backing through the cotton. More disturbingly -- and unfortunately I only noticed this when I was back at home -- they had changed a piece of the design I had provided! They literally printed a different font in one place. Considering I had given them a PDF (ie. it's not a matter of font incompatibility such as might be the case with an Adobe Illustrator file), they must have made a mistake during printing and then tried to correct it. Horrible and unprofessional.

At the shop, Harvey expressed that he was sorry I wasn't satisfied and that if I had wanted a particular placement, I should have been more clear. How deceptive, considering that he knew what they had done with the other T-shirt.

My recommendation:

1. Do not go here.

2. If you don't believe me in full, at least do the following: pay only a portion of the total amount in cash when you drop off the order (they ask for either partial payment or credit card) and leave yourself lots of time to repeat the job elsewhere should you not be satisfied when you pick up your T-shirt(s).

FAST SERVICE!!!. This was the best and fastest service ever! Thank you so much T-Shirt Express for all your help with my rush order! I received my order the very next day, and everything looked beautiful! The team was beyond exceptional in helping me pull off this last minute request!

Best TShirt Place. I live and ordered from London. The folks at TShirt Express were extremely patient and helpful. I sincerely appreciate it and it's a pleasure to work with someone so helpful. All this for just one shirt, you would think I was ordering a 1000!!

Awesome Work !. I was so happy with the quality of the shirts as well as the printing. Anyone who saw the shirts or bags commented on them. Everyone at the store was very friendly and helpful on the phone. I'd continue to order things from this company and would definitely recommend them to friends.
