This Company does not Stand Behind their Product.
My housing coop bought an intercom and security camera system from this company.
The install of the security camera system went well, and had no problems in the beginning.
The install of the intercom went horrible. The technician was rude. Their installation was sloppy and not even consistent with the level of installation the same company had done for the security camera system. They made extra holes in our metal work that they never filled in. They didn't terminate their conduit piping.
The intercom they installed NEVER worked correctly. They would not honor their 1 year warranty. They claimed that it was our fault for picking an intercom that wasn't their recommended intercom. Yet they had no problem selling us this intercom they "didn't recommend" for a markup and making a profit on it! I spent a year trying to deal with the company with the owner trying to convince me to buy the recommended intercom (again at a markup). Ultimately I had to go through the intercom manufacturing company to get anything accomplished. 1.5 years later and the intercom is still not working properly.
My company paid money for a working intercom system and never got one!
Now my security cameras have just come out of their 1 year warranty, and they are starting to fail. I contacted the company and they want me to buy a new camera from them at a markup. For the security cameras I ONLY used the models they recommended. So they don't have that excuse this time. But they are holding firm to the fact that the camera is out of warranty. Despite the fact that I didn't pay $10,000 for a security camera system that would only last one year.
Do NOT deal with this company. They will not honor their contracts. They will sell you crap merchandise. And then when it breaks they will try to convince you to buy more crap merchandise from them!

Been on a very sticky situation a couple of days ago - don't want to go too deep into the details, as my landlord might find this story one day. I'll just say that a lost set of keys, a grown cat, and a locksmith were all involved in it.
mr locks guy (Shay?) was great. Pricing seemed reasonable. Like my feedback's on ebay, i can say this was a smooth transaction.

I had a Mr Locks guy install a new set of locks on my door. I called them and 4 other companies in the area (after reading some user reviews) - Mr Locks dispatcher gave me the lowest quote out of them all.
The guy, sorry I don't remember his name, came by 15 minutes after appointed time (but he was nice enough to call in advance and tell me he'll be a little late). He took care of my lock issue, and left everything clean and tidy.
The ultimate pricing was the exact amount I was quoted over the phone, so no surprises or hidden fees.
I thought the whole thing was done smoothly and professionally, and I'll most definitely call them again.

Experienced locksmiths. Mr locks guys came to my new house and had all my old locks changed very quickly and handed over me a price quote which was ok. Nice to meet such a professional locksmiths.

They will scam you and lie to you!. I was charged $605 to drill and replace a lock. Enough said right? I was locked out of my home on a cold night, and was forced to use the service. They told me I had to drill the lock, then I was forced to buy a $295 lock so I could secure my home after he drilled it. It was the worst night of my life. Now they won't refund my money. I've already alerted Angies List, and the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE THEM!

Recommended and Reliable. One of my door was very old and I wanted to change it. I visited Mr Locks shop and selected my door sample. After sometime they came to my house with the selected door and installed it very professionally. I am very happy with their services and fast response. I love to deal with them again.

Lucky to have them. Recently, I had purchased my new car and accidentally I locked myself out of it. When I was calling Mr Locks, I was afraid about my car's paint and body. But Mr Locks did very well, there is no even a single scratch on it. They are real professionals.

Great Customer service. great customer service. Mr Locks dispatcher was an angel. She was very nice, and even managed to calm me down. The locksmith she sent was also friendly and professional.

Installed a brand new deadbolt. Mr Locks work was really fine. Installed a new deadbolt lock without any mistake and without any damage at my doors. Good Work!

Highly Recommended Locksmiths. locksmith technicians from Mr-Locks served me very nicely. they treated my car ignition lock trouble very efficiently and fixed that in few minutes. In today's expensive world this company served me in nominal rates i always recommended these guys to all my friends and relatives
