A Destination Shop. B Oyama is without a doubt the best men's (he now has some women's items) store in Northern Manhattan. I've purchased two suits, numerous shirts and ties and everytime I feel like they were designed specifically for me. The service is highly personal and friendly. If you are used to off-the-rack shopping this may not be the shop for you. This is not just great for Harlem. It's fantastic for the whole city.

Beautiful store, Unacceptable Customer Service, Faulty Product. I purchased a dress shirt while randomly being near this store. It was a impulse buy, but I liked the shirt and the store. The 2nd time I wore the shirt, three of the buttons fell off. The owner refused to refund my money or give me a store credit. We had a difficult time communicating on the phone as english is his 2nd language. He was aggressive in his responses to me while I only explained my story. I would not reccomend this shop to anyone.
