Stay the hell away. These people are using the most inferior quality of hair color in their salon.
I only gave this place a try because I was tired of commuting to my top rated hair salon where I used to get the best highlight . I read the reviews and figured this place should be okay , so I gave them a try.
They burnt and fried my hair , I guess that is how they make up for their low fees , I wish they would charge more and instead would use better quality of color .
They are horrible. Stay awaaaaaaaaay . Please stay away if you want to avoid permanent damage to your hair.…

Caroline is the Best!. Indeed after trying many stylists in the city, Caroline is the one, by far who gives me the best haircut and hair color. Because she only works 3 days a week and she is always booked solid I decided to try another salon a friend had recommended and although the colorist did a good job with the color I didn't think that it was quite the right tone for me. Caroline's color and haircut are flawless and most importantly she does a perfect haircut for me. The color tones she uses also seem to be perfectly matched with my skin tone because I always seem to look rested and younger after she does my highlights. Kind of weird but it's true! Caroline is my hairstylist from now on and I figured out that if I call about 2 weeks in advance as opposed to the last minute like I used to do before, I get the appointment. Just a matter of organization! do make an appointment because this place tends to be busy.…
Friendly salon with great hairstylists!. I've discovered this cute little salon a few months ago. I have been going to Lisa since then and she has always done my hair beautifully. Lisa has been doing my highlights and my haircut and she is equally good at both which in my experience has been difficult to find. I am glad to have found a stylist who can take care of me from A to Z. In the past, I remember going to 3 different people to get everything done and it was just plain annoying at least for me. Lisa does a beautiful job with my blonde highlights and with my cut. I have a short bob with layers which has been butchered many times by other stylists. He haircut is flawless. Last but not least, her rates are very affordable. The salon tends to be very busy in the everning and weekends so try to go during the day if you can. I am lucky to be have a week day off, however they serve wine after 5pm which is nice too! It seems to be a nice socializing place as well, people talk to each other and exchange numbers. It's very laid back, unpretentious but they give great service and the prices are affordable. I highly recommend this place.…

Deserves zero stars for the way the customer is poorly treated. You are packed in the salon like cattle and they move you around while waiting for your stylist either for the appt. while your hair is
being processed. There is absolutle no customer service and I really don't appreciate the stylisy conversing in her native language with her co-worker while doing my hair. They are absoluely RUDE.
As far as the haircut, blowouts,color and highlights you would do just as well at a hairdressing school with interns,
Their prices change even while they are doing your hair. They lie, lie, lie about the actual prices they initially inform that your hair will be. I had the prices written down on their card and they disputed me that that was not the price. They actually had the nerve to argue with me and became quite beligerrant.
They try to drum up more business while you are at the sink with the shampooer by saying they will give you a discount if you have this or that done that day. They are real conivers and I hate that and this salon.…
