great customer service, a little pricey. went here for the second time this weekend - i find they have a wide selection of images to choose from and are helpful in terms of brainstorming shirt ideas, phrases etc. they guy working there on saturday night was really nice and noted that earlier in the day we would have had to wait 2 hours it was so busy - when we went at about 7 pm it was empty and took probably twenty minutes. i would suggest buying a shirt to design before going as they have a limited size/selection and its a little pricey. overall, i think its a great place if you need to make a couple of shirts for an event or something and worth the wait.
