I created a city search account just to tell everyone AVOID this place at all costs for hair color.
I received a haircut that resulted in inches more than I asked for being chopped off. However, the unfortunate trim was overshadowed by the disastrous YELLOW highlights.
The color "specialist" claimed blonde highlights are "easy" for him but he ruined my hair. I was embarrassed to go outside until I went back to my hometown and had the color corrected.…
Bad experience. I was able to get an appointment here at the last minute, but the stylist (Annie) didn't cut my the way I asked her to before she started cutting, and when I tried to intervene during she just got defensive. I thought i was being specific when I explained that I wanted to keep my long layers and lose some length, but she gave me a pretty different style: shaggy, almost feathered. She asked at the end what I thought, but when I told her I was disappointed she just blew it off as the product and not the cut itself.…
