True Pros

I was in a desperate jam, and didn't know what to do because I'd broken someone else's laptop (physically damaged it) and had no idea how to get it fixed. A friend immediately recommended 4G Data, and they were awesome. Absolutely true to the positive reviews: professional, fast service, no BS, no sales pitches or anything like that. They listened to the situation, were able to get the data off of the computer without a problem, fixed the machine quickly - it's like it never even happened. I would go back to them in a heartbeat and happily recommend them to anyone.

They are certified , will provide very professional service and stand behind all the products they sell. I highly recemend them if you are in a pich or starting a new business.

4G Data Knows Service

Strategically located downtown, a short walk to the subway, 4G Data meets their commitments to estimate and repair PC hardware. I've taken several PCs to them over the years, usually after hours. Call them up during the day, make the arrangements, drop off the system at a time when other businesses have closed and you can be sure they'll take care of you with an honest estimate and/or repair. For example, one time the repair was not worth the effort. My "bottom-line" opinion: no pressure, no B.S., not free (they ARE in business), they listen to your needs, then deliver on time with no hidden gotchas.

Professional

I've used 4G for several years to fix PCs. The work has always been done correctly and in a timely manner.

This past year I needed 2 network printers. I purchased both from 4G. Both transactions went extremely well.

I will continue to use 4G to support my hardware.
