ALL CARS LOCKED IN GARAGE FOR OVER TEN DAYS!!!.
Over 100 cars are LOCKED IN GARAGE FOR OVER 10 DAYS and still counting!
59 Allen St location.
Why? The car elevator is not operating and has not been fixed. They do not answer phones. I must go to the garage to get any updates about getting my car out.
What's more, Imperial Parking doesn't contact customers regarding this incredible occurrence, does not update customers on work being done! They are not reimbursing customers for monthly parking either!
Stay away! Find another place to park your car!
