Truly appalled by the unprofessional staff!. I purchased a package from ALC for photo rejuvenation. Earlier this week I went for my second appointment, and all I can say is that I'm truly appalled by the unprofessional staff and cleanliness of this place. First I was asked to wash my makeup off in the bathroom which was broken- the toilet was backed up and there was no garbage to put my used napkins in, so everyone was dumping them in the toilet.

Then I was left waiting 20 min for the esthetician to come come in. When she did, she smelled like onions and was still chewing her food. When she was finished, she put some cream on my face and said she would come back in 10 min. Well, 20 min later I was still laying there so I decided to come out and wash it off my face. When she saw me she said "I'm so sorry, I forgot you were here." She then explained to me she went back to answering phones and forgot I was even there!! When I went into the office when we were finished, there was pizza boxes and food lying around on the desk- hence the onion smell!!! I politely said I would like to switch to another center, and she gave me the number for the downtown one.

Now I have left 3 messages this week, and they have yet to call back to make an appointment with me.

AVOID THIS PLACE, SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE THAT IS PROFESSIONAL!!!!

Editorial Review. Offers laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments which target pigmented lesions, spider veins and help to eliminate fine wrinkles.

Rude and Unproffesional. The staff here is very rude and pushy. They don't keep appointments and are mean when they give you treatments. The location is also a little dirty . I strongly recommending going somewhere else for this service. That kind of service is unacceptable for the price.

Way overpriced, pushy and rude!. I was very disappointed in American Laser Centers. During my consultation the sales woman was pushy and rude and tried to get me to spend an exorbitant amount! Fortunately I am familiar with laser hair removal costs so I wasn't fooled. When I told her I wouldn't commit to anything just then she was all huffy and upset and revoked a "coupon" I had supposedly won. I was very upset by this experience and hope ALC will rethink its sales pitch and their price list!
