Customer Service Lacking, but You will Get Your $$ wort. You're right, the customer service is less than desirable. The response time isn't good, and there aren't special considerations made for long time members (I've been one for 6 years). However, I will say that for the membership fee, you do get your money's worth and I've seen so many good Broadway shows, concerts and dance performances. I would still recommend the service to anyone who asked.

con - tickets sell out in seconds - there is very little chance you'll actually be able to get one
major drawback - the administrator of this company is nothing short of abusive to his clientle - there are other companies in NYC such as play-by-play and theatermania gold that offer the same service and are appreciative of their customers - you would be wise to go elsewhere
It's okay, I guess....
I have been a member for a year (because it's an annual membership) and the selection is sub standard...very little suitable for children and very little I want to see as an adult.
For the past six months there has been nothing even remotely interesting. Customer service is responsive but I wanted to experience more theater and this didn't help like I thought it would.
