Overview
We are a dynamic architecture design firm with offices Downtown Manhattan and Milan, Italy. Our work ranges from residential to commercial to hotel design. We take care of 100% of all aspects of the project: as we follow the job from concept to complete construction administration, including filing with the Department of Buildings and supervising the contractor's work. Our fee is measured as 12% of the construction cost. We work with a very fine Japanese Construction Company, who has been in business in Manhattan for 30 years.
