Buyer Beware, Refuses to return my deposit. Placed an order for some limited edition books with Rich Pinto, back in 2008. Left a $2500 deposit for the books. Waited for the books to arrive. After Rich received the books, he proceeded to change the terms of the invoice, changing the quantity I ordered, the price agreed upon, and the accepted form of payment, requiring a bank wire. While doing this he has refused to refund my deposit or honor the terms of the first invoice. I have tried repeatedly to pay for the items, and have asked for my deposit back. Rich refuses to do either. He has my deposit, and refuses to give it back. I would be hesitant to do business in the future with The Photo Village, as there business practices are questionable, to me, so my words of advice are BUYER BEWARE!!!! I wish i had read something like this before deciding to do business with THE PHOTO VILLAGE, or

I have now had to take PHOTOVILLAGE, and RICH PINTO to court, in order to get my deposit back.
