Fantastic Customer Service at Clarins!. Tuesday afternoon I went into Clarins for the first time on the recommendation of a good friend. I have been breaking out the last few weeks and I was interested in seeing what products Clarins had to offer to clear up my skin. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by an extremely friendly associate named Kerry. She asked me if I needed help finding something and I told her about my skin. She was so incredibly helpful and made me feel as though my problem was important. It's been a long time since I've walked into a shop and have been received with such genuine kindness and a true concern for my well being. Great job Clarins, I will definitely be coming back to purchase more products!

A true delight . . .. I have a twice a year facial at Clarins and it is always a treat. The products clean and refresh and do not irritate my skin ~ a real bonus. Nicole is a doll, as is Fatima and Denise. You are made to feel welcome and are not given a hard sell about purchasing products after treatment. I wish it was in my budget to have a facial four times a year . . .

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! <3. I went to the location on Madison Avenue and received a Self-Tanning Body Treatment with Vivian and I absoultely loved it. It was a very relaxing experience and her touch was soothing and massage-like. I was thoroughly exfoliated and my skin felt baby soft. She then applied the self- tanner but I didn't see the color right away until a few hours after I got home and it looked great. It was so even and streak-free! I was very happy with the results and it lasted for a week. I wish I could go to Vivian every week. She's great!

From someone who knows. Well, since my body hurt so much, I couldn't really run to Clarins on Thursday, but I did re book with a therapist I had benefited from in a previous session, Anthony. My twin sister is an LMT in Florida, who also teaches anatomy and physiology. She knows her stuff, and shares much her her experience with me. We appreciate a talented therapist and healer when we have a session with one. Anthony is professional, focused and very upbeat. My massage was an hour, the 60minute Chill Out. I'm writing this on Friday morning, feeling peaceful and in the flow. The staff at Clarins is friendly and positive. I appreciated that even though I was 25 minutes early for my appt, that they didn't try to sell me things while I was waiting. Clarins is between 80-81st, streets, near a really cool consignment shop, Michael's ,an upstairs boutique on 79th...fun to poke around in. E.A.T cafe and gift shop across the street. Make a day of it!

Thanks for the assistance!. Spa gifts are one of my wife's favorite gifts.

I usually wander into one of the popular spas around Manhattan, walk up to the counter, and ask for the standard massage/facial package or the " soup of the day".

This time I wandered into the Clarins retail location on Madison Ave.

I was very fortunate to receive the attention of one of your experienced associates, Denise.

I explained what I normally purchase and she took the time to explain how I could do something different and surprise my wife with a more unique gift.

My wife loved the gift package.

Denise actually made a "bonus sale" because I purchased some products for myself as well!

Book well in advance!. Clarins is my favourit spa in Manhattan, the only one that doesn'use any machine for body treatment or facial and the only one where the terapist massage your entire body , especially your criitic areas, like belly, hips and butt. The staff is professional and trained, incredibly kind , the atmosphere relaxed and not crazy like most of these notorious place in the City. The aproach is human and professional, you got well acquainted with the terapists so you keep going because of the attention they pay to you and the customized care. Definitively a must if you want a glowing skin and a fit body. Moreover for every product you buy you earn minutes and when you reach one hour you may have a free of charge treatment!

I fell asleep!. I got so relaxed during my facial that I dozed off!

Very nice staff and fabulous, non-invasive facial. My skin looked, smelled, and felt terrific.

Plus, I left feeling well-rested.

Great facial. I had a facial with Fatima, and was delighted with the results. She spent a full hour on my skin -no machines are used at Clarins-, and it looked and felt really great after the treatment. The room was serene and extremely quiet, the products smelled wonderful, the music was just right. I will definitely go back.
