My experience. I recently moved to NYC this past year and a friend of mine recommended I use Gold Seal when I needed a car to take me to Newark Airport. I called at 11 PM on a friday and the person that answered the phone was friendly and very professional. He took my reservation, and even asked if I needed service in Los Angeles when I landed ( I didn't even know they did that). He emailed me my confirmations and the next day I got a call at 545 AM to inform me that my car was on location. He wasn't supposed to be there until 6AM!!!!. On my way back into JFK my flight was cancelled and they CALLED me to tell me that it was cancelled and if i was rescheduled for another flight i was so i gave them the info and when i landed into JFK a little after 1 in the morning a driver was there with a sign. I have since used them at least 10 times during different times of the day and night and they are ALWAYS ON TIME. THE DRIVERS ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS NOW TOOO!!!

THE WORST SERVICE EVER !!!. The WORST. I called to get a car, they said it would be there in 6 minutes. 20 minutes later I call back. It'll be there in 2 more minutes they say. Another 10 minutes passes, I call and they refuse to pick up. I hang up and call again. Won't pick up. I ended up getting a gypsy cab off the street and getting to my location late because I had waited 45 minutes for a car that I'm assuming they never sent. I will NEVER use them again.

HORRIFIC. This was my worst experience EVER! These people were late to take me to JFK and the customer service was so RUDE!!!! I would never recommend that anyone use them. The driver was friendly but the people that work there awful! there are so many more options in the city, don't get duped!
