this dealer justice! I am the proud new owner of a 2013 Honda Accord Ex-L (the one with the push start, side view camera, and all that other jazz).
This was thus far the greatest quality of customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealer, and I must admit, I have had many! From the moment I walked into the door to the moment I drove in my new car - everything was perfect. Initially I was interested in an Acura so I contacted Stephanie Perez over at Paragon Acura (right across the street) and discussed my options.... No go due to the price. She referred to to Rafael Rodriguez over at Honda. You should definitely try to speak to these two if you have any control over that. My guess is that the other salesmen are just as good but I wouldn't chance it Lol.
Anyway, I walked in knowing what vehicle I wanted and that's exactly what I left with a few hours later. Waiting for the finance dept. may take a while due to amount of customers they have but if you're lucky enough to end up with William you can almost guarantee that you will be content with the "magic" which is done. Definitely a top tier dealer that won't try jocking you! Within a week I have referred two people to the dealer and we have all walked out the door with new keys in our hand and very happy with what was worked out.
If you're going to go in make sure you have plenty of time and be prepared for the picture you'll take at the dealer prior to leaving (LOOK ON POINT!)
Hope this helps others choose Paragon as this will definitely be the ONLY place I'm buying vehicles from. And all the negative posters can just S*#^ it! :)
When my 2008 Pilot was “totaled” in the recent flood, I had to get another one immediately because I’m handicapped and have difficulty walking. So I made a list of everything I wanted in a new (2013) Pilot and the price I was willing to pay and went to Paragon. Not only did they agree to my price, but they got me the truck that afternoon! They called every warehouse to find the exact vehicle I wanted, found one in Brooklyn and had it driven over immediately, did the Motor Vehicle and auto insurance paperwork, and processed my new lease all within six hours. And everyone who helped me was considerate, courteous, and respectful, especially Jason Quaies. (And no, I don’t work for this dealer, nor do I know anyone who does.)
Ridiculous dealership!!!! I have bought 12 cars over the internet ....terrible experience! Told me the car was in excellent condition $600.00 later had to fly home because the car had $1500-2k worth of repairs not disclosed. Would stay away!!!
I had an okay experience. I just did not like how they took me through the whole experience and wait till im about to get my keys to run my credit. the price they gave me was a bit higher than what we negotiated.
If I could give 3.5 stars, I would. They have great selection of certified pre-owned cars. My salesperson, Sal, was very easy to work with and responsive to my calls/questions. The only thing that I didn't like about the experience was that I had to wait in the dealership for an extended period of time almost every single time I went in. It probably amounted to 3 hours of sitting. However, I'm happy with my vehicle and with the service I received. -David Werho

the dealer could hire more mature salespeople, ones that keep appointment dates and times as a public priority. Public perception is important in car sales.
in all places there are good and there are great sales people so i will not let it negatively impact my decisions.
the service is brisk and effective in accepting your car or telling you that today is not a good day and you should come back later or another day. The staff in service is much more consumer friendly than sales.I applaud them and give them all 5 Stars!!! the prices are somewhat high though!
I would come back but there may be better dealerships!

Terrible Customer Service. I had been researching Honda CRVs online and found what appeared to be a great deal at Paragon Honda. I spoke with a woman named Jennifer, who set me up with an 11:00am appointment time to look at a specific CRV. It was exactly what we were looking for in terms of year, millage, etc... We get to the dealership at 10:55am and have to wait 25 minutes even though we had an appointment. The guy who was supposed to meet with us didn't show up. Then they couldn't find the car we wanted! We walked around to their 3 lots (all blocks away from each other) and the car was no where to be found. We walked around for about 20 minutes. They said we could look at other cars, but each one they wanted to show us had worse millage and was more expensive. They claimed to have the car - but still could not locate it. All they wanted to do was to discuss price - but then said they wouldn't take an offers lower than what the car was. They said the car was at the lowest possible price listed and had no room for negation. What kind of dealership has NO ROOM for negotiation? They were obnoxious and unfriendly. We really wanted to work something out, but they seemed unable to budge. If they knew we were coming (since I made an appointment) one would think the car would be readily available to drive! I would stay away from this dealership if I were you.

They are not so bad as the others reviewers are saying, but on the other hand they are not good either.
The average time for a service is long, and the prices are not so "friendly" either. Even that they know me, they keep asking me each time the same things like being there for the first time. In any case, i suggest if you look for a Honda service near Queens search better.
Worst Experience I Ever Had!. Worse experience in car buying I ever had! Sales Professional Miguel Arias was friendly enough and knew the product well. I went there to buy a 2012 Honda Pilot EX-L. We test drove the vehicle and returned to the dealership. That's when everything else went south! Miguel first tried to price gouge me by giving me a True Market Value price that was well above the MSRP price. When we eventually got down to a reasonable level which was well higher than the quote I got from them over the phone. We then talked trade-in. My car was taken for about 1 hour. Miguel came back and try to low ball me offering $500 on a vehicle with a trade-in valued of up to $4500. My wife who was with me had to laugh. I told him I wanted $2500 which was to me, reasonable for a vehicle in excellent condition and very low mileage. I said I would sell the car myself forget trade-in. We agreed on a price. I was going to put $1000 down on a credit card and bring in a cashiers check at the end of the week for the balance. The next horrid event was when he tells me that I had to take the vehicle on the spot. The reason I was told was that someone else offered to buy the vehicle at a higher price than me who was coming in the next day. Perplexed, I asked if this person put a down payment and the answer given was No, but we have to take the vehicle out of inventory and get it off the lot. I was told I can take the car now and come back with the balance at the end of the week. Scratching my head, I reluctantly agreed while I thought about how to get two vehicles back home. Then I was given papers to fill out while he goes to swipe my credit card. Low and behold it's a credit/finance application. I said all throughout this ordeal and he knew that I was paying cash for the vehicle. His explanation was how can they trust me to come back if they don't do a credit check and finance. I told Miguel that I did not want to take possession of the vehicle. I was giving THEM a $1000 deposit. I asked for my credit card back then left. Next day in the evening got a call from Miguel that the other deal fell through and when can I come in to pay for MY vehicle. I told him I would not buy a vehicle from Paragon Honda if they were the only dealer in New York. Their tactics were unscrupulous to say the least. While I understand the need to make a profit. The need to lie and try to take advantage is unprofessional and unnecessary,

Honda's Best Dealership.
have been dealing with Paragon Honda since 2008 and have found them to be the best Honda dealership for my needs. The trio of Richard Perez who sold me my cars, Ariel Munoz who is his manager and gave me the right prices and Richard's brother Angel Perez who did all the financing for my vehicles are the best that there are when it comes to selling cars. I would definitely recommend anyone anywhere to come on down to Paragon Honda to purchase anyone of their vehicles. I would never go to another dealership to buy a car unless it's Paragon Honda.
