The Scene
Within this non-descript Garment District building, in a crowded, no-frills space, lies every fashionista's dream--or nightmare, depending on her willpower levels. A veteran of the apparel trade, owner Joel Soren travels to Italy numerous times a year on buying trips; the result is a store packed with of-the-moment, guaranteed-authentic goods from high-end designers. Because of his direct connections and relatively low overhead, Soren is able to offer his spoils at lower-than-retail prices.
The Goods
Marc Jacobs, Prada, Burberry, Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana, Tod's, Ferragamo-- they've got bags by them all, plus a selection of shoes, wallets, sunglasses and the occasional Prada jacket or Armani suit. What makes this better than a sample sale is that you won't find just discontinued colors or seasonal items, but classics as well; so along with the rhinestone-encrusted baguette, there's also a staple black Prada tote or Marc hobo. Prices are 20 to 50 percent off current retail prices, so most items still range between $150 and $700-- by no means cheap, but still a savings. A steady influx of new merch and constant turnover ensure there's always something to covet.

I live in california and visit New York every few months. Sample Sale Wholesalers is always fit into my busy week when in ny! I have been shopping here for about five years now and have gotten great bags discounted which is even better! Im a bag freak! I highly highly recommend this spot, they have all the hottest authentic bags that they have currently in the stores but for cheaper. Trust me you will thank me !

Our favorite discount High End Accessories store has moved......Its now on 36th street between 5th and 6th ave's. Now instead of that second floor walk up they have a store front....Go in and check it out, highly recommended!!
Pros: EVERYTHING IS UNDER ONE ROOF LIKE THE DEPT. STORES
