Healthy Italian?!?! Quartino has whole wheat homemade pasta, bread, pizza and organic desserts. They work with local farmers, eggs are free ranged, this place is saving the world one plate at a time. It's also super romantic, go with someone you really like.

A Buried Treasure.
I havent been as impressed with little known establishments since Inos. Im not a health food junkie by any means, still this meal was unreal!
The wine list was far from typical or bland. A nice touch was being served red wine from proper red wine glasses!
The calamari app. was fresh and lite. A suttle crunch from the shaved red onion. The fresh Mozz and Tomato with a drizzle of O.Oil was just as lite and smooth. It melts in your mouth! The Spinach gnochi with pesto was fabulous to say the least! The Riso with asparagus was just as nice in texture as it was in flavor.
The service was attentive, suggestive and knowledgable. The wine tender was just plain adorable!
THIS IS ONE TO BE REPEATED!!
