Security SYSTEM w/IRC105, CDR4170, C1700 MONITOR. WHEN I FIRST CONTACTED AFFORDABLE HOME ELECTRONICS I HAD A SPECIFIC IDEA OF THE CAMERA SYSTEM I NEEDED TO BEST SUIT MY CLIENTS NEEDS. I HAD LOOKED AT MANY STANDARD PACKAGES OFFERED OUT THERE BUT NOTHING QUITE SUITED ME.

AFTER MY FIRST CONTACT WITH AHE. I WAS CERTAIN THEY COULD PUT TOGETHER THE PACKAGE I NEEDED. I WAS SENT PICTURES AND DESCRIPTIONS OF THE EQUIPMENT THAT THEY SUGGESTED AND IT FIT MY NEEDS PERFECTLY. WHEN I DECIDED TO ORDER THE EQUIPMENT I HAD A VERY SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE IN MIND TO BECAUSE OF MY SCHEDULE AND I RECEIVED EVERYTHING ON THE DATE I REQUESTED.

THE BEST PART OF THIS OF ALL THIS WAS THE AFTER SALE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BECAUSE THIS WAS MY FIRST ATTEMPT AT PUTTING TOGETHER A SYSTEM LIKE THIS I HAD MANY QUESTIONS. WHEN I WOULD E-MAIL MY QUESTIONS TO AFFORDABLE ELECTRONICS I RECEIVED AANSWER WITHIN AN HOUR OF MY INQUIRY. SOMETIMES IMMEDIATELY. EVEN ON SUNDAY! MY PHONE CALLS WERE ALWAYS ANSWERED AND I WAS NEVER PUT ON HOLD. WHEN I REALIZED I NEEDED MORE EQUIPMENT IT WAS SENT OUT THE SAME DAY. IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAT THIS.

SINCE I HAVE INSTALLED THIS SYSTEM I HAVE HAD THREE INQUIRIES ABOUT DOING THE SAME FOR A FRIEND AND TWO OTHER BUSINESSES.

PLEASE DONT GIVE THIS CROOK YOUR MONEY!!!!. I have been waiting for over three months for over four hundred dollars this scammer has stolen from me!! Never ever waited for a refund that long. He has a new story daily, about to file a police report on him. I might have to go to Rego Park and pay him a brass knuckle visit.
