Great professional NYC Movers. If you're looking for NYC movers, check these guys (and gals) out. The movers were all guys. There were 3 of them and they were all great. Courteous, professional, efficient and super prompt. They arrived much earlier than scheduled and got a good early start. Thankfully the freight elevator that we had reserved in the building that we were moving in to allowed the guys to move in earlier than our designated time slot. There was damage (a dent) in our water cooler and one lamp was cracked when moving it in the new apt. but the staff member offered reimbursement which we declined b/c it was from Ikea and really not worth much. I was impressed that he accepted responsibility. They really were great guys.

That aside, I was absolutely pleased with the staff, service, etc. We tipped very well I believe. The guys deserved it. Serenity came recomended to me via my real estate broker. Recommendations go a long way so I took his and I am glad to have done so. I would definitely recommend Serenity and I would call on them for my next move. I work in luxury hospitality and I place tremendous value on customer service and satisfaction. I feel that Serenity does as well. And of course, thanks to Molly, the dispatcher (I believe). Molly was courteous and efficient and kept in contact with me by calling every couple of days up until the move to go over anything like inventory count and any changes. She virtually helf my hand ;-) Oh, an, it probably goes without saying but the guys came with a fully loaded truck of any and all supplies (boxes, tape, etc.) should I need it at the last minute. I've had disasterous moves in the past (that I've done on my own) and I was completely satisfied with my choice to relax for a change and use professional movers in New York City that offered great service and an affordable rate.

Best Moving Company in NYC - from Real Estate Professional. I have a lot of experience with Serenity Movers and all of it has been absolutely positive.

As a real estate agent who manages 50 other agents in a busy midtown office I have a lot of experience with movers - none in my 8+ years of experience have been as reliable or helpful as Serenity - I recommend them to everyone be it fellow agent or client.

Not only do I recommend them professionally I also hired them this past week to assist in my own move. Not only were they very accomodating - they were extremely professional and helpful. They also gave me an excellent price.

With their company ethics and top notch service I will continue to use and recommend Serenity Movers.

MOVER NYC DEPENDABLE. I recently used Serenity Movers to do a rather large move. In sum, they really put me at ease, starting with the fact that they sent a person to conduct an estimate which really was necessary. Other companies gave estimates over the phone, which were also by the hour. Serenity movers provided a flat rate, and also worked with my schedule and budget. The movers were very careful to wrap things thoroughly, strategy fit everything in the truck, and even took care of dumping, so I avoided hefty fees in fines from my town's sanitation inspector. I would highly recommend these movers and will be sure to use them going forward. I've never had such a pleasant experience before in such a potentially stressful situation.

moving companies NYC. I can't believe that they were able to move me as fast and as they did. They were very professional and worked well with the building I moved into. I'm actually going to use them again in a month or two when I move my office.

These guys are amazing.. I am incredibly anal. And I am rarely satisfied. But I can say without reservation that THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. From working with Max and Molly to set up my move, to the crew packing much of my apartment, to the placement of my furniture in my new place, Serenity treated me and my stuff with the greatest amount of respect, care, and professionalism I could have hoped for. Nothing was scratched, nothing was broken, and I was able to relax on what one would expect to have been a stressful day. Serenity is God's gift to the overworked, overstressed New Yorker. Hire them; you will not be sorry

Great friendly movers. I was moving pats in Brooklyn, they showed up on time with three very friendly, very professional, hard working movers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers

Great NYC Movers. The Serenity moving crew in NYC was great and the move went perfectly!

The superior Customer Service prior to the move was invaluable to making our move go off smoothly without a hitch which can be tricky in NYC.

The movers were polite, courteous, careful and hard workers. They did a great job.

Thanks to Maxwell and Molly for making sure we had no worries.

I would recommend Serenity Movers without any hesitation whatsoever for a "no worry" moving day.

Highly recommended, excellent service!. This was my first time using movers and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Serenity movers (movers NYC). Max was extremely helpful and easy to work with in setting up my move. He was diligent in following-up to confirm all details in the planning phase and answered any questions that I had leading up to the move which really helped to put me at ease. The move itself went very smoothly with Teddy and his team, not a single item was damaged and everything was perfectly intact. The movers were punctual, courteous and very professional. Overall, Serenity Movers really did an outstanding job and I couldn’t be more pleased!

Looking for a mover - look no further. We came to Serenity Movers for this move because we had used Serenity Movers for a move a year ago. For the move a year ago, we could not have been more pleased. The movers and Maxwell made the moving experience as delightful as a moving experience could be. With my having to orchestrate that move from a distance of 400 miles, Maxwell was very kind with my inability to make a decision and stick with it. I believe our plans changed four times and Maxwell did not utter one negative comment. And then the movers followed his lead. They did an outstanding job of protecting and moving the items. And in spite of the fact that, due to lack of available parking, they had to move the items a block and a half between the apartment and the truck, I did not hear one negative comment nor observe one negative body language motion. All in all, the move a year ago could not have been improved and a move could not have been a better experience – until Gad and Anthony came along this year.

To say that we were “over the top” pleased with this move, well, that would be an understatement. What I have come to realize is that Serenity Movers insists on top-notch customer service. Gad, Anthony, Maxwell, Noel, Molly and another loader I did not get to meet made this move an even better one than the move last year. These folks keep setting the bar higher and higher. I want to thank all of those involved for making this such a pleasant experience. Here is a great example of what I am talking about. Gad and Anthony started the day sometime around nine in the morning in Brooklyn, loaded the truck, drove eight hours or so to the destination, unloaded the truck in the rain, and placed the items where we asked. And when they left here sometime around eight o’clock in the evening, for an eight hour drive home, they were still smiling.

Thank you Serenity Movers for a job well done. And just to put my comments in perspective, my wife and I have moved some thirteen times. We know what makes a move a good move and we know what makes a move a bad move. I suspect that Serenity will continue doing “good” moves for a long time to come.

Exceptional moving experience. I was referred to Serenity by a broker I worked with, and they did not disappoint. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical when I read the glowing reviews on CitySearch. Being a jaded New Yorker, I thought there had to be a catch. But my roommate and I both used them (separately), and they were outstanding.

From Max's great customer service setting up the appointment to Molly's seamless liaising with my landlords/supers to the crew's fast, professional work, Serenity exceeded my expectations - NO CATCH. Plus, their quote was very competitive.

I was not looking forward to the move, but Serenity made it as painless and pleasant as possible. I will highly recommend them to all of my friends.
