Impressed........ The website is super-easy to use, the selection is excellent, and the arrangements are beautiful. The free delivery within Manhattan is a definite plus. I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday as a surprise and they were delivered on time and in great shape. Flowers by Richard even kept my surprise intact by not divulging my information when my friend called in to inquire on the sender. Smart people, great service!

Amazing wedding flowers. Richard is truly amazing. He put together the most fabulous centerpieces, alter arrangements, etc. for my wedding. Richard himself is such a great person and talented florist/artist. He made beautiful arrangements out of green and ivory hydrangeas, orchids and roses. Because they were so gorgeous, I caught myself getting distracted and just staring at the flowers during the wedding. Everyone was so impressed by the flowers, and I overheard a few guests surmise that they cost 3 times more than they did. He provided excellent value (no nickel and diming) and responsive and professional service. Overall, he is just a fabulous person with a fabulous talent.

Really Nice Flowers. Ordered flowers online that were delivered the next day. Web site couldn't be easier to use and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous Flowers really made an impression and most importantly my fiance was ecstatic!‎

Still going strong. My on-and-off girlfriend is extremely hard to impress but sending her a flowers from Richard's florist was good move. The flowers almost won her back but I don't think that was the flowers' fault. Needless to say I'll be sending her more flowers...

Beautiful flowers. Best customer service I've had by far. Flowers by Richard went out of their way to ensure fresh flowers were delivered even after an initial delivery went unreceived and was not at all their fault. Thank you so much for reaching out, and smiles were had by all. Amazing!

Awesome florist!. Need an arrangement that doesn't look like 1-800's?

Want something interesting, fun and quite unique? Look no further than the Flowers By Richard's web site.

Just picking the bouquet was fun - but not nearly as fun as ordering at 11am, then getting a call from a dear friend at 2pm who was thrilled at her's over the top arrangement. How cool is that?

They have excellent customer service, beautiful and creative arrangements and free delivery in Manhattan(can't beat that!).

Highly recommended!

I chose Flowers by Richard because they were voted the Best Florist in Manhattan, by citysearch users and I can see why!This is definitely the best florist in town by far.Richard is an artist.Once I had my flowers ordered they were there within the hour.They truly go above & beyond with service and quality!! Great service!. We had a slight mishap with the flowers on Valentines Day. My wife received the flowers late. The follow up the next day was exceptional. The owner was very apologetic and refunded us the money as the flowers had arrived so late on Valentines Day. The service despite being average on Valentines Day was exceptional the next day. Also the flowers were spectacular. I would definitely recommend this business. It is nice to have a business owner who accepts responsibilty for mistakes and takes appropriate measures to correct them.

Great Flower Shop!. If you want to impress someone, I recommend this florist because they have the service and the quality that I expected. I found them online,called them and told them the occasion & an idea of what I wanted. Later that day my mother called raving of how beautiful her flowers were.She mailed me the picture of arrangement and I was thrilled.
