Use Ovando if you want to really make an impression on someone. By far, the best and most creative flower arrangers in the city. I work in the fashion industry, and Ovando is THE standard when it comes to sending an arrangement to express gratitude. I say use them at least once in your lifetime; you'd be missing out if you didn't. Unlike the above customer, I have never had a problem when I have spoke with a rep via phone. If you say you need an arrangement to be there by a specific time they are willing to bend over backwards to help you out. I would assume that the above customer was not specific about his request, for after tens of orders, I have yet to have a problem.
Pros: Unique arrangements like no other
Cons: Haven't had a problem yet.

Ovando is different, exceptional in every way. Their team, especially Christine, are professional and suggest the perfect arrangement no matter what the occasion. Each time I use Ovando I get a response from the receiver, telling me how beautiful and exceptional the flowers were to receive. Several times I have gotten a photo of the arrangement from the person i sent it to, because they are bowled over. It is the only florist I will now use in NY, and although I try to keep it my little secret, I am sure that word will eventually leak out. I have never been happier with a florist they are uncommon in a far too common business.
Pros: Thumbs way up, the best florist working in the city.
Cons: location is a little tricky unless your familiar with the west village, but the web site does the job.
