Great Music.
I recently went to Kama on a Saturday night. I had tons of fun. It is a small venue, but what club in that area isnt? Its more of a lounge than a club. The music is a mixture of hip hop, house, reggeaton, salsa, merengue..etc. The DJ really knew how to mix it up! The crowd was a mixture of different cultures, and the age range was between 25 to 35. That one review said that the place was over priced...I dont think so! It was typical nyc prices, a beer was 7 bucks. They have open bar from 10 to 11pm, ladies free until midnight, guys 15 bucks after 12am its 20. Honestly if you think thats expensive stay out of the city..lol
I was there for a birthday party. The promoters of xcitement entertaiment Rodney and Steve really did a great job of making sure we were being taken care of. I do recommend contacting them for birthday packages Rodney 551-697-7520 and Steve 201-622-8735. Im definitely going back, and highly reccomend this spot!

Not Thrilled. At first I was so excited to go there for my 30th bday. After being there 2Saturday nights prior to my bday, i'm glad I went because I will not be having my party there. The place is a BASEMENT. If my boyfriend lifted his hands he touched the ceiling. Overpriced for the amount of space. It reminded me of a house party rather than a club. The music was good, but the place was not at all. There was no dance floor, you literally danced wherever so every 2 minutes people were bumping you while trying to dance. Drinks expensive and watered down. I gave it a half a star more because the bathrooms were nice. do not go here if your claustrophobic.
