Very young and out of control

Are they serious at this place- are they carding? There were some kids who looked like they were 16 in that place. Alcohol & Tobacco Enforcement should check this place out. One kid WHO LOOKED LIKE HE WAS 16 vomitted all over me at the bar. The young ladies were def eye candy .

The mixed drink menu is amazing especially the libation lemonade! The staff is always courteous and goes the extra mile to provide service.
Good food and overall enjoyable experience just eat before 10:30pm because that's when it turns into nightclub!

My friends and I went to Libation for a baccalaureate party on Friday and were given absolutely amazing service. The bride to be was even given a gift bag. These guys totally made our night....Best service I had in New York in my 10 years here...
